GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - CAMPING PORTE DE PROVENCE

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

-Reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, upon receipt of the deposit and either the completed and signed reservation contract or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.

- The reservation of a camping pitch or rental is strictly personal. You cannot sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Camping Pitch: The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities, and reception infrastructure. Maximum 6 people per pitch.

Rental: Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is for 1 to more than 6 people depending on the type of rental. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families presenting with a few participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.

RATES AND TOURIST TAX

- Prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding tourist tax.

- Tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality and the community of municipalities, is not included in the rates. Its amount is determined per person and per day. The rate may be revised based on the decision of the local authority. The tourist tax will be invoiced according to the rate in effect on the date of the stay. It is clearly stated on the invoice.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

- For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the reserved services must be paid no later than 15 days. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

- For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment must be made at the time of booking (25% deposit + balance of the stay).

- In case of non-payment of the deposit at the time of booking or the balance no later than 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.

NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date or according to a specified periodicity is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

1-Modification of your reservation: The customer can request the modification of their stay (dates, type of accommodation, options) in writing to the campsite (letter or email) subject to availability and possibilities. In the absence of modification, the customer must carry out their stay under the initial reservation conditions or cancel it (according to the cancellation insurance conditions if subscribed or according to the conditions of these GTC).

Any request to extend the duration of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the current rates.

Any request to shorten the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and is subject to the cancellation and interruption conditions of the stay.

2-Unused services: In the event of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:

- Administrative closure of the campsite

- Closure of borders by administrative decision

- Limitation of travel to a certain number of kilometres by administrative decision preventing access to the campsite.

A voucher for an amount corresponding to the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued. In case of refusal by the customer of this voucher, it will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount, minus the cost of cancellation insurance if it has been subscribed to. Outside the reasons mentioned above, any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or voucher.

3-Cancellation by the campsite: In case of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the amounts paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

4-Cancellation by the camper: In case of cancellation by the camper, except in cases of force majeure, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows. Any cancellation request must be communicated in writing to the campsite's postal address or by email. Cancellations transmitted by phone cannot be considered. Any cancellation results in the termination of the reservation, and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.

a. In case of cancellation by the camper without subscription to cancellation insurance, for one of the following reasons up to the arrival date:

- Closure of borders by administrative decision

- Administrative closure of the campsite

- Limitation of travel to a certain number of kilometres by administrative decision preventing access to the campsite

A voucher for an amount corresponding to the total amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal by the customer of this voucher, it will be refunded, upon request, the corresponding amount.

For any other reasons:

- Cancellation up to 16 days before the start of the stay. The 25% deposit of the stay amount will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The amounts paid, deducted from the deposit amount, will be refunded.

- Cancellation between D-15 and D-8 before the start of the stay. An amount of 50% of the total stay amount will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. A voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the amounts paid, deducted from the 50% cancellation fee of the total stay amount. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has a validity period of two years.

- Cancellation between D-7 and D-0 before the start of the stay. The entire amount paid, i.e., the total amount of the stay, is retained by the campsite. No refund will be made.

If the customer does not show up at the campsite within 24 hours following the start date of their stay and without having informed the campsite by mail or email in advance, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the customer. The campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.

In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in holiday vouchers cannot be refunded in accordance with Article L.112-14 I. of the Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher with a validity period of 2 years, will be issued for the sums paid in holiday vouchers, possibly deducted from the deposit, as indicated above.

b. In case of cancellation by the camper with subscription to cancellation insurance. The amounts paid are covered by the insurance according to the general cancellation conditions. If the reason is not covered by cancellation insurance or if the file is rejected by it, the general sales conditions of paragraph 4 a. apply, and the cost of cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in case of cancellation.

YOUR STAY

1-Arrival: If the obligation of a health pass is required by the French government on the dates of the reserved stay, all participants subject to this obligation must present a valid health pass upon arrival to enter the campsite.

Rental accommodations: On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 4 pm, and when handing over the keys to your rental, a security deposit will be requested.

Pitch: You will be welcomed from 1 pm.

2-During your stay: It is the camper's responsibility to ensure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of their personal belongings. The campsite disclaims any responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the camper's civil liability. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people staying with them or visiting them.

3-Departure: Rental accommodations: on the departure day indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in perfect cleanliness, and the inventory may be checked, any broken or damaged items will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be refunded to you within a maximum of 7 days after departure, minus the withheld indemnities, on justified invoices, for any possible damage noted by the outgoing inventory. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed its amount.

In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package with a minimum value of €65 including tax will be requested from you.

For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the current night rate.

Pitch: on the departure day indicated on your contract, the pitch must be vacated by 1 pm. For pitches equipped with private sanitary facilities, it must be returned in perfect cleanliness, any broken or damaged items will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be refunded to you within a maximum of 7 days after departure, minus the withheld indemnities, on justified invoices, for any possible damage noted by the outgoing inventory. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed its amount.

In case the private sanitary facilities have not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package with a minimum value of €35 including tax will be requested from you.

PETS

Pets are allowed (except for dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable at the time of your reservation. They must be always kept on a leash. They are prohibited around the pools, in food shops, and in buildings. The vaccination card must be up to date. Their number is limited to 2 per pitch/accommodation.

IMAGE

You authorize the campsite, as well as anyone the campsite would like to substitute, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay and to exploit said images, sounds, videos, and recordings on all media (particularly on websites or pages - including Facebook and Instagram - on presentation and promotion media, and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization applies to both you and the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote and animate the establishments and the network and cannot in any way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries, and for a duration of 5 years.

You can reject this clause by explicitly notifying the reception upon your arrival.

DISPUTE

Any possible claim concerning the non-compliance of services with contractual commitments can be reported by mail or email to the campsite manager.

MEDIATION

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, if the manager's response is not satisfactory, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the option to request amicable resolution through mediation within one year from their written complaint to the professional.

CAMPING PORTE DE PROVENCE has designated, by registered membership under number 51857/VM/2311, SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity.

Any documents allowing the instruction of the request (order form, invoice, payment proof, etc.).

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, simply make a request by email or mail to the campsite's address.
