CAMPING SPOT - MOBILE HOME

1. All  rentals are personal  and cannot be ceeded in any case. Rentals, registered in by written request, become effective only after receipt of your confirmation and agreed advance payment.

2. Rentals are allocated in the order we receive the requests.

3. In absence of a written message from the booker, signaling that he has had to delay his arriving time/date, the camping spot will be made available after 12 hours from the arrival time mentioned on the contract and full payment of remaining charges will be required. Late arrivals or advanced departure doesn't reduce the costs.

4. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time before 10 am for mobile homes. Week rentals go from Saturday to Saturday.(except low season) Camping spots can be taken from 2.30 on and must be left by noon on departure date. Late departures will be charged as afternoon entrance fee (3 – 4.00 €  per person). Your identity card must be presented on arrival.

5. A 200€ deposit, payable by cash or credit card details is requested on arrival (only for mobile homes). This will be returned after deduction of eventual repairing cost and value of missing or damaged equipment evaluated at inventory time. The amount of 30 - 90 euro will be charged if cleaning has not  made properly.Any anomaly, deterioration or malfunctioning must be signaled immediately (day of arrival)at reception. (Deposit TAOS 400 €)

6. Payment of balance: No discount will be given in case of delayed arrival or early departure. Full payment is required on the day of arrival for camping spots.The full amount of mobile homes is requested (bank transfer of credit card) max 30 days before arrival and without new request!

7. Cancellation:  In case you wish to cancel your stay (only for severe medical or professional purposes), the following will be charged:

- more than 30 nights before your arrival a 30 € cancellation fee in any case. 

- within 30 days before arrival: The advance payment amount if you cancel. In case of mobile home rental the full amount will be charged within 30 days before arrival date. We advise subscription to a holiday / cancellation insurance especially if you opt for mobile home rental.

Any cancellation must be sent by post as a registered letter with proof of receipt accompanied doctor’s or employer statement, etc.

In case of cancellation by us the total amount paid will be refunded.

8. Internal rules: All occupants must follow closely the internal rules document displayed at the entrance of the campsite, individual copies available at reception. This is up to the occupants to get adequate insurance cover during the full duration of their stay. The management does not assume any liability for theft, fire, bad weather, or any incident part of the occupant's personal liability.

9. Three evacuation plans are at your disposal at the reception and sanitary blocks.

10. Pets: Health book and vaccination record are mandatory. Pets, authorized by prior agreement in only some mobile homes, must remain on a leash. A dog isn’t allowed alone in the mobile home. Owners must collect excrements and stick to camping rules. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category( french law) aren't accepted. Most part of Beach forbidden for dogs, but a nice swimming spot 150 m up the river!

11. The number of occupants (incl. babies) per mobile homes must never exceed the number established by the mobile home supplier and should never exceed the number booked.(even a baby) Your stay could be refused!!!

12. Visitors should always register at reception (visitor fee: 3.00 / 4.00 €  per person per day)

13. Everyone must ensure quietude of others and respect other spots (get settled in the middle of your spot to ensure privacy)

14. Parents are responsible for their children and teenagers behaviour day and night.

15. OUR BATHING AREA IS NATURAL  AND WITHOUT SUPERVISION(River & beach)
