Camping Le Barutel

In a quiet little nest on the edge of the Ardèche, at the foot of the village character of Meyras and 2 minutes from the spa center Neyrac-les-Bains

A region where nature is still preserved. Magnificent and enchanting landscapes wait for you. The small medieval village of Meyras is worth a detour. In the heart of the regional parc of Monts d'Ardèche, within a radius of 5km, a wide range of activities are available: hotsprings for wellbeing; the Ardèche river for sports and fishing; museums and castles for culture and a multitude of hiking paths for the nature lovers.

• Booking will be effective only:
1. after agreement from Camping le Barutel,
2. after we receive your deposit and fully filled and signed contract of rent.
Before returning the contract of rent, please ensure to check availability with our reservation service.
A reservation option will be accorded for a period of 15 days. If your booking is not received during this period, the option will automatically be cancelled without further notice.
• Camping le Barutel is allowed to accept or decline in accordance with availability.
• Camping le Barutel offers stays for family holiday's purposes and our facilities are specifically designed in that effect.
• Any booking of a campsite or rental accommodation are nominatives. They can't be ceded nor transferred to a third part, except with previous written agreement from Camping le Barutel's Management.
• Camping Le Barutel can refuse access to family that arrives with a number of guests exceeding the capacity of the rental facility booked or if the identity is different from the booking information.
• Bookings are final. Absence on the campsite during one or several nights, a delay or an early departure will not result in discount or reimbursement whatsoever.
• The management is allowed to change the rental accommodation's number initially requested. We always ensure to satisfy your request as long as it's possible. In any case this change is a cancelling reason.
• Parking space of your campsite or accommodation is made for only one vehicle. All other vehicles shall park outside of the campsite.
• The swimming pool area is strictly reserved to our clientele. (SHORTS and SWIMMING SHORTS ARE FORBIDDEN – SWIM BRIEFS ARE MANDATORY). It is strictly forbidden to drink, eat or smoke in the swimming pool area. Big size inflatable buoy, mattress or animal are forbidden.
• Charcoal barbecues are forbidden in the campsite premises. Gas or electric barbecues are tolerated, possibility to rent some at the reception according to availability.
• Underage must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian at all time.
• Use of leisure facilities are under parent's responsibility, tutor or guardian.
Do not leave children play in the sanitary area or with the entrance barrier.
• VISITORS: allowed on the premises between 11am. and 10pm., all visitors using facilities must priory pay a fee.
. They must park outside of the camping and announced themselves at the reception (or at the
Bar if the reception is closed) as soon as they enter the premises.
• Traffic is forbidden between 10:30pm. and 7am.
• Night calm and peacefulness must be respected by all campers between 11:30pm. & 7am.
• All clients have to respect and apply the campsite rules disposed at the reception. In a case of a non-respect of those rules, Management reserves the right to take all disposals to refuse access on the premises.
HOLIDAY
RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: During July and August, rents are for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday according to availabilities.
Possibilities to rent as you wish outside that period according to availability and exclusively out of the high season.
• All additional amenities (for example, a tent) beside your rental accommodation are strictly forbidden without prior agreement from the Management and will be at an extra cost.
• Bed linens are not included in your rentals but are mandatory.
• All rental accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
• Bunk beds are forbidden for children under the age of 6 and over 12 (45 kg max.).
• Water and gas are included in the rate of a mobile-home except in a case of abnormal use that would result in surcharge.
• The maximum number of people (babies and children included) occupying a mobile-home should not exceed the capacity according to the details bellow depending on the facilities rented.
PITCHES: In July and August, 7 day's minimum reservations only will be taking into account. All pitches are electrified (10A).
• 6 people maximum per pitch, exception made for big family (parents and children only).
1. ARRIVAL
• The campsite pitch can be taken from 2:30pm.
• Rental accommodations are available from 3pm. and reception services will be assured until 7pm.
• If you wish to arrive in the morning, you should book the previous night also; this is possible only out of the high season, depending on availability and with prior agreement from the Management.
• RENTAL ACCOMODATIONS: a deposit of 200€ for the mobile-home (to be paid by cash only) and a deposit of 80€ (cash only) for cleaning fee will be asked at your arrival and returned after inventory checking before your departure. Could be deducted from the deposits some possible deterioration and/or missing objects plus cleaning fees in case the accommodation isn't returned in the best cleaning state or if smoking has occurred inside the accommodation.
In any case the mobile-home key will be delivered prior to receiving deposits. An inventory sheet to be checked within 24h will be given to the tenant after this period a claim will not be taken into consideration.
• Visitors and/or extras have to be reported at the reception desk, please keep in mind that only people that are registered at booking time will be allowed to stay in our premises and enjoy facilities.
2. DURING YOUR STAY
• It belongs to the tenant's responsibility to be insured. Camping le Barutel declines all responsibilities in case of theft, fire, bad weather etc.
• Every client must comply with internal regulations.
• Each tenant is responsible for possible trouble or nuisance committed by people staying or visiting him/her.
3. DEPARTURE
• Campsite pitches have to be released by 12am. The pitch must be left clean, any deterioration will be charged.
• Mobile-homes have to be released between 8am. and 10am. In case of a delay an extra charge will be apply of 10€/h of delay.
• The accommodation will be verified before departure, if the rental is left perfectly clean and the inventory checked without anything missing or deteriorated, your deposit will be returned. A cleaning fee of 80€ will apply if the Management estimates it's necessary. The deposit's non-restitution does not exclude an extra compensation fee if the cost of possible deterioration or if a missing is higher than the amount of deposits.

PAYEMENT TERMS
• To secure a reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total price of your stay is requested. This payment should be sent within 15 days after the booking date.
• The advance payment corresponds to the first payment to be worth on the total rent. Following this payment the contract can't be cancelled. No refund will be made even if an amicable solution is not found.
• The full amount of your stay as to be paid 1 month before arrival.
•Tourism taxes are not included in our price list.
• The advance payment can be made by credit card or a bank transfer.
On the premises payment can be made by credit card or by cash.



CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Booking modifications can be made under reserve of availability and with prior agreement from the Management

1. Cancellation insurance:
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to holidaymakers. The price is 4% of the total price of the stay.
In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on the site www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents

2. Cancellation without insurance due to the client wish:
all booking cancellation should be communicated at the earliest convenience by post (voicemail or email won't be accepted).
Every cancellation must be made by a registered letter with receipt addressed to Camping le Barutel.
If cancellation occurs:
• More than 30 days before the start of the booked holiday, deposits will be kept as compensation.
• Less than 30 days before the start of the booked holiday: 100 % of the price for the whole stay will be required and no reimbursement will be made.
Any stays interrupted or shorten (a delay or an early departure etc.) won't result in reimbursement.

3. Host cancellation :
Le Barutel campsite undertakes to refund deposit and any other sums paid according to the stay which can't take place in case of administrative closure or frontier closure (minus the 10€ administrative fee)

ANIMALS
• Vaccinated Animals and kept on a leash are welcome in rental accommodations at an extra cost according to the stay's length.
• Only one domestic pet is allowed per rent. Pet must be kept on a leash at all time and the owner must ensure to clean soiling caused.
• Vaccination record must be up to date for cats and dogs and anti-rabies vaccine is mandatory.
• Pets are not allowed in swimming area or in shops, restaurant etc.
• Dogs of category 1 and 2 (Pit-bull, Staff, Rottweiler etc.) as well as watchdog that can be considered as dangerous will be refused.
•The pet owner is responsible for possible damages caused by the pet that will be charged. In case of important noise, the Management reserve the right to ask the owner to leave the campsite without any reimbursement.





IMAGE RIGHT
Camping le Barutel is authorised to use photos or videos of you or your children on different visual supports that could be taken during your stay for possible advertising of the Camping le Barutel. Please let us know by writing if you do not wish to be on our visual supports of communication.

DATA-PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES
Information communicated during the process of your booking won't be transmitted to a third part. All information is considered as confidential by Camping le Barutel. They will be used by internal services only in order to ensure your reservation and to personalize communication on offers reserved for Camping du Barutel's clients.
In accordance with the data processing and liberties from January 6th 1978, you have the right to access, change or retract your personal information.

CLAIM
Any claim regarding the conditions of your stay have to be made directly on the spot to the Management in order to allow us to find an immediate solution.
