These conditions of sale govern the sales of stays at Camping Domaine Des Chênes and are valid from the
moment the rental agreement is signed. Each customer acknowledges having read and accepted these
general conditions, for him/herself and any person participating in the stay.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The lease is registered and can not be assigned or rented under any circumstances
to any others. The names of all persons participating in the stay must be specified. If the rental agreement
is accepted, it will only be valid for those who have registered. Domaine des Chênes reserves the right to
refuse access to the campsite to guests presenting with a number of people greater than the capacity of the
location or the rental accommodation. Any occupation found without formality will result in the billing of a
living allowance at least equal to the number of visitors and their immediate expulsion.
CONDITIONS BOOKING: The reservation becomes effective with the agreement of the Camping after
receipt of the deposit and the rental agreement, duly completed and signed and after acceptance of the
general conditions of sale at the time of booking. A holiday insurance certificate of your personal insurance
is required for all reservations. In case of non presentation of this certificate, insurance will be automatically
subscribed to your contract. Upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and the deposit, the operator
will send the customer, based on available seats, a booking confirmation. Any option not confirmed within
6 days is automatically canceled without notice. The campsite reserves the right to change the client's
location or rental to facilitate the management of booking schedules, in case of force majeure or temporary
unavailability.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The amount of the
tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay. A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay plus a booking
fee of €30 must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the stay, the tourist tax and the ecoparticipation
are to be paid upon arrival. We accept payments in cash and bank cards.
CAUTIONS: A deposit of €300 for a rental and a deposit of €90 for cleaning (payable only by cheque,
euro or CB number) will be requested for possible damage and will be returned the day of departure after
inventory or in case departure outside reception hours, within one month. The client will have to leave
the accommodation in an excellent state of cleanliness and hygiene. Otherwise, it will be charged to your
deposit. Anything lost, broken or damaged during the stay will be charged. Anyone staying at the campsite
must be the holder of a civil liability.
TAXES OF STAY / SUPPLEMENTS: The amount of the provision for the visitor's tax (0.60 €) per day and per
person of more than 18 years is not included in the price of the stay. The amounts announced are forecasted.
In the event of an increase in the tourist tax, the Customer will pay the amount corresponding to the tax
in force, on the day of his arrival on the campsite. In addition to the tourist tax, an eco-participation is also
collected, it amounts to 0.61 € per day and per adult over 18 years. Whatever the formula adopted, bare site
or rental accommodation, additional costs will be charged for additional vehicles (car, trailer, motorcycle ...)
when they can be authorized, for additional tents, animals (book of vaccination to date), visitors ....
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CAMPSITE PLOTS: Specify exactly the date of your arrival and that of your
departure. Arrival between 14h and 18h. Departure: before noon so as to welcome a new family. The
number of occupants planned per location is 6 people maximum.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE RENTALS: Rental per whole week or per night according to the categories
(minimum 3 nights) in high season 2 people maximum in Mobil-home Duo or Eco Baléare tent, 6 people
maximum in Standard category and 8 people maximum in Luxury category. Arrival between 4pm and 6pm,
introduce yourself at the reception. Any late arrival must be signaled so that we can make the necessary
arrangements for your reception on site. Departure: between 9 and 10am.
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation 30% of the cost of the rental and insurance will be required
if notice is of more than 30 days before the date of arrival. However, if you cancel less than 31 days before
your arrival date, or should you fail to turn up, you will be required to pay for your stay in full. Cancellation
guarantee: A cancellation insurance can be taken out in your rental contract: 4% per night, this insurance
reimburses you for the above mentioned contract termination indemnity, according to the conditions
stipulated in the contract. Reimbursement can only occur in case of cancellation for proven force majeure
(illness, accident, death, loss of employment…). In the event of any disputes, only local civil courts are
deemed competent to resolve any dispute.
RIGHT IMAGE: For the purposes of our communication, photo reports can be made within our institution.
In this context, no dispute or claim is possible regarding the right of individuals appearing on the
photographic snapshots taken in the «Le Domaine des Chênes» camp.
RECEPTION: The reception is open from 9h to 12h and 14h to 19h.
GENERAL INFORMATION: During the entire duration of your stay, the use of bracelets provided at your
arrival is mandatory. Dogs must be on a leash. Vehicles are allowed to circulate from 8h to 23h in the
campsite outside these hours the gates are closed.
JURISDICTION: Any reservation implies obligatory compliance with the rules of the campsite (displayed
at the reception of the campsite or sent on request) and acceptance of the general conditions of sale listed
above.
MEDIATION OF DISPUTES OF CONSUMPTION: In accordance with the article L612-1 of the Consumer
Code in a delay of one year from the reception of a writen complain , the consumer is able , under restriction
of article L. 512-2, to ask for a mediation with the compagnie that SARL Camping les chenes proposed you .

ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF RETRACTION: The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in case of
distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4
of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay near the camp-site, the customer does not benefit from
any right of retraction.
