Terms of Sales


1. Booking conditions
The rental is personal, it is forbidden to sublet or transfer the site to a third party. The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online. The Le moulin d'Onclaire campsite offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The Le moulin d'Onclaire campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle or which would seek to divert it. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Campsite
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.

Rental
The rental accommodation is fully equipped: furniture, dishes, pillows and duvets. The basic package is 2 to 6 places depending on the type of rental. As stated in our brochure and on the website, each accommodation or campsite is provided for a specific number of people. For security and insurance reasons, the maximum number of occupants cannot be exceeded. Moreover, a baby is considered a full person. Le Moulin d'Onclaire campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation. Remember to bring your own sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases (except guest rooms). Animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.) are authorized with the up-to-date vaccination record in rentals as well as outside, and kept on a leash. We reserve the right to refuse access to the rental to families arriving without the animal's up-to-date vaccination record.

Group reservations
Any reservation of more than 4 accommodation by the same natural person or by different natural persons but knowing each other and traveling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered as a group. Our accommodation is intended exclusively for individual customers. For any group reservation request, you must contact us by phone, e-mail or via our Contact section. We reserve the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.

2. Tariffs and tourist tax
The prices indicated are valid for the 2021 season. They correspond to one night and are expressed in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is 0.55 € / day / person over 18 (2021) on a campsite and 1.00 € / day / person over 18 (2021) in a guest room.

3. Payment terms
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the services reserved, plus 10 € for booking fees only for camping stays. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For a reservation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire stay is to be paid on the day of the reservation (except for bare pitches). Payment methods: CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, bank checks in euros compensable in France, holiday vouchers, bank transfers. In the absence of full payment 30 days before your arrival, the Le Moulin d´Onclaire campsite reserves the right to consider the reservation canceled. Payments made will not be refunded.


4. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-19 of the consumer code, the Le Moulin d'Onclaire campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or at a specific frequency, is not not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

5.Stay
Arrival and departure on the day of your choice except in July-August. Mandatory minimum length of stay varies depending on the period and type of accommodation, details on our brochure and our website.
a) Arrival
Camping pitch: arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The connection to the electrical terminals must be made using cables and plugs in accordance with the legislation in force. Provide a cable length of 50 meters and a European adapter. The campsite is not able to provide you with the equipment mentioned above. Departure no later than 12 noon. Any parcel not released at 12:00 will result in an automatic billing of an additional night.
For all rentals: arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Departure before 10:00 am. When the keys are handed over, deposits will be requested.
The location of the rental is designed for a single vehicle, any other vehicle must park outside the campsite.
Any late arrival must be reported before 6:00 p.m. so that the campsite can make arrangements. If you want to arrive in the morning, you will need to book the previous night. Any delay in the arrival time must be reported in order to allow the retention of the rental. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the planned location if there is no news within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. Payments made will not be refunded.
Any change in the number of people that may result in a variation in the amount of the fee more or less must be reported on arrival (tourist tax, additional person compared to the capacity of the rental ...). In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the customer, this contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will remain acquired by the lessor.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to people arriving with a number of participants greater than the package offered, than the capacity of the accommodation rented and if the names do not match on arrival.
b) During your stay
It is up to the camper to make sure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bikes, etc ...). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the camper.
All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him or visit him.
c) Visitors
For security reasons, visitors must register upon arrival at reception before visiting a resident where they will be given a bracelet. Access to the aquatic area is strictly forbidden to all visitors. The management reserves the right to prohibit access to the campsite to people who are not registered.
Supplements: any undeclared supplement (additional person, dog ...) and discovered during a check during the stay will be invoiced to the customer from the date of his arrival.
d) Departure
Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am by appointment made at reception. The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary.
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the compensation retained, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of € 60 will be requested. For any departure outside reception opening hours, a cleaning fee of € 60 will be requested. For any delayed departure, you may be billed for an additional day at the prevailing nightly rate.

6. Bonds
For rentals, (excluding guest rooms) a deposit of 200 to 500 € is required on arrival to cover any damage to the rental, as well as an additional deposit of 60 € to cover any cleaning costs in end of rental; they are returned on the day of departure after the inventory. Under no circumstances can the key to the mobile home, chalet or coco-sweet be issued without the deposit. For camping pitches, a deposit will be requested in the case of equipment rental.

7. Animals
Animals are accepted in the campsite or guest houses for a fee payable when booking, except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They must not interfere with the peace and safety of residents and comply with basic hygiene rules. They are prohibited around the swimming pool, in food stores and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.


8. Cancellation and modifications
a) Modification of your reservation
The customer can request the modification of his stay (date and / or type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that in the event of modification of the stay, it will not be possible for him to benefit from promotions subsequent to his initial reservation, the date of the first reservation being proof. In the absence of any modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it.
. Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the rates in force.
. Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will therefore lose the benefit. of your reservation.
b) Unused services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you cannot give rise to a refund whatever the reason given.
c) Cancellation due to the Le Moulin d'Onclaire campsite
In the event of cancellation due to the Le Moulin d'Onclaire campsite, except in cases of force majeure or health instructions, the stay will be fully refunded. This cancellation may not, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
d) Cancellation by the camper
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (recorded delivery) or by email to the Le moulin d'Onclaire campsite.
If the cancellation occurs:
. More than 45 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit will be refunded deducted from the administration fees.
. Less than 45 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the amount of the stay will be required and no refund will be granted.

9. Cancellation insurance

10. Rules of procedure (extract)
The camper is required to respect the internal rules of the campsite as well as those of the swimming pool. The location of the rental or the camping site is designed for a single vehicle. Any other car must park outside the campsite.
Access to the aquatic area is regulated by the wearing of a bracelet and reserved only for campsite customers (BATH BRIEFS OR BOXERS MANDATORY). No drinking, eating and smoking on the beaches. Large buoys or inflatable animals prohibited.
Barbecues are available (near the sanitary block) on the campsite.
BRACELET: wearing the bracelet (put on your arrival) is MANDATORY permanently until the end of your stay. It provides access to entertainment, swimming pool and helps to strengthen the security of the establishment.
VISITORS: visitors are required to declare themselves upon arrival and must pay a fee of 5 euros per person if they spend the night on the campsite. They are admitted between 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. They must park their car on the square outside the campsite and report to reception (or the bar if it is closed) upon arrival. Dogs and access to the swimming pool prohibited for security and insurance reasons. Any abuse from visitors or tenants with visitors may result in their eviction.
TRAFFIC: the speed is limited to 10km / h. The barrier is closed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., all traffic is prohibited during this period.
NOISE: nighttime calm must be respected by all campers between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. In the event that a client disrupts the stay of other users, does not respect the provisions of the internal regulations or has given false information concerning the occupants of the plot, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he judges it. necessary, put the latter on notice to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call in law enforcement.

11. Liability of the contractual customer
The contractual client of the accommodation or location (name indicated on the reservation form) undertakes to use and have used by the persons accompanying him, the equipment and installations of the parks in accordance with their normal destinations and customs. . In particular, he undertakes to leave his accommodation or his pitch in good condition when he leaves it at the end of the stay. Any deterioration of the premises, loss or destruction of the movable elements which adorn the mobile homes, chalets, tents or coco-sweet or the public buildings of the park automatically engages the responsibility of their author. The contractual customer of an accommodation or a location is considered personally responsible for all damage, loss, degradation, disturbance or nuisance caused by people who stay with him or visit him. The contractual customer of the accommodation or the site acknowledges having read the internal rules of the campsite, and he undertakes to respect them and to have them respected by the people who accompany or visit him. When a customer disturbs or causes nuisance to other customers or affects the integrity of the common facilities, the campsite reserves the right to put an immediate end to his stay without payment of any compensation and without prejudice to claims for compensation that the campsite and third parties could assert against it.
The same would apply if the campsite were to notice an excessive occupancy of the accommodation (number of occupants greater than the authorized capacity of the rental). The customer certifies that he holds with his insurer a civil liability contract covering damage to property rented or entrusted (provide the certificate).

12. Responsibility of the campsite
Under no circumstances does the campsite assume the obligation to keep personal effects and objects within the grounds of the park.
The responsibility of the campsite, beyond its legal responsibility, cannot be engaged in the event of:
. Theft, loss, damage or degradation of personal effects of any kind, during or following a stay.
. Breakdown or shutdown of technical equipment, breakdown or permanent or temporary closure of certain campsite facilities when these are beyond its control and linked to cases of force majeure.
. One-off measures, taken by the campsite management, to limit access to certain facilities, including sanitary facilities and swimming pool, when they are made necessary by compliance with safety standards or periodic maintenance work.
. Damage caused or suffered by customers' vehicles parked and circulating within the campsite, even in the event that they have been expressly authorized to enter.
In low season, and for reasons related to attendance, the campsite reserves the right to modify or remove certain installations, arrangements or services provided. For any reservation in low season, we advise you to contact the campsite to validate these points.

13. Image rights
During your stay, you can be photographed and appear in all our publications and any type of medium without time limitation. In case of refusal, you must notify it by registered letter before your arrival.

14. Personal Data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer is informed that the nominative or personal data indicated as being obligatory collected as part of the reservation are necessary for the execution of the latter.
