Ben was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The handover was smooth, professional, and very friendly — he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident straight away, even before setting off on the trip. The motorhome itself was spotless, extremely well maintained, and very comfortable throughout the journey. Everything worked perfectly, and you could tell a lot of care and attention goes into keeping it in excellent condition. The diesel heater and solar setup were especially useful and made the experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing road trip and the motorhome quickly felt like a home on wheels. It was comfortable for relaxing after long days and practical for travelling around with ease. Ben was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. What really made this experience stand out was how genuine, helpful, and organised Ben was throughout the whole process. We had a great trip in Vanellope to Nantcol Falls, North West Wales. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 The communication with Ben from the initial booking to check in and check out was very efficient & simple. This was our first trip in a camper van and the van was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing & memorable holiday. We even survived storm Dave.
