Bien plus qu’une simple location de van : Graeme a sauvé nos vacances ! Nous avions loué Greta Green pour deux semaines, mais après un accident de route, Graeme est intervenu immédiatement pour nous permettre de continuer notre voyage. Il nous a confié Ruby Red, que nous avons également beaucoup appréciée. Les annonces sont fidèles à la réalité : les deux vans offrent une conduite similaire mais une configuration intérieure différente. - Pour un meilleur confort de sommeil, nous recommandons Ruby Red. - Si vous souhaitez pouvoir circuler plus facilement à l’intérieur du van, Greta Green est idéale. Il n’y a pas assez de mots pour remercier Graeme. C’est une personne profondément gentille, attentive et toujours disponible. Encore un immense merci Graeme — et beaucoup de bisous de France ! ❤️🇫🇷 More than just a van rental: Graeme truly saved our holiday! We originally rented Greta Green for two weeks, but after having an accident on the road, Graeme immediately stepped in to help and made sure we could continue our trip. He kindly provided us with Ruby Red, which we also really enjoyed. The listings match perfectly : both vans drive in a similar way, but their layouts are different. - For better sleeping comfort, we recommend Ruby Red. - If you prefer more space to move around inside the van, Greta Green is the best choice. There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are. Graeme is truly kind, attentive, and always easy to reach. A huge thank you again, Graeme ! I had my issues with the van, e.g. a flat tire. The flat tire was handled quickly by the roadside assistance service! The interior is very cosy, the bed is comfy and kept me warm even on cold nights (note that the heater only works when plugged in!). Graeme was responsive and friendly, even gave me a ride to the train station! Overall despite some issues I had an awesome trip in Scotland in this van! October 2025

The experience with Graeme and Ruby was perfect. We had all we needed. The van was super comfortable. We will repeat for sure. August 2025

I can’t even express enough how much we loved our trip with Ruby and how appreciative we are of Graeme! He answered all our questions prior to our trip and was so communicative. My husband is a large, 6’6 man and was able to comfortably drive Ruby with ease. We travelled almost 900 miles in just 5 days and Ruby was an absolute dream! Taking us everywhere we wanted to go without zero issues. Not only does the van drive great, but it was fully stocked with everything we may need while camping. The interior looked exactly like its photos and the bed was extremely comfortable! Many people commented how beautiful the van was whenever we parked with our doors open. Ruby truly felt like home, and a safe haven oasis during our travels. We felt so lucky by booking with Ruby and Graeme. Graeme truly has a heart of gold and made this process very easy. After returning the van, he even personally drove us to our hotel which wasn’t necessary, but so incredibly appreciated! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and happy. If you’re on the fence about booking this van, DO IT! I have absolutely zero negative things to say about Ruby or Graeme, and would hire this van again in a heartbeat! July 2025

We are very disappointed. This van is misrepresented on the web. it is unroadworthy and unsafe to be on the highway. goboony has also let us down. Before you book find out what happens when your van breaks down. You will most likely have to rent ( and pay upfront) a replacement vehicle (if owners get back at you promptly). Then when you are back home you can wait for 5 weeks or longer to get your refund. communication is poor and the process is lengthy. it seems to be designed to be difficult. We are in the process to take legal steps and we will never book with goboony or greame again May 2025

Très bon moment passer dans le camion ruby de Graeme, Nous avons passer 6 jour sur les routes en ecosse entre edimbourg et portree c'était génial Le camion et confortable et pratique Graeme et très gentil et serviable Je suis très content d'avoir fait ça connaissance , tout c'est très bien passer . Je recommande ruby pour votre prochain voyage en ecosse May 2025

We had a great time travelling the west of Scotland in Ruby! Ruby and Graeme took the stress out of travelling entirely, it felt like a luxurious holiday in ruby, and Graeme was so responsive and helpful ! Would recommend to anyone October 2024
