Liked: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Anlage sehr schön.
Could be better: Jeden Abend Abendunterhaltung in der Hochsaison wäre schön. Viele Kids mit E-Scoter, zu gefährlich, sahen einige beinahe und Zusammenstöße mit Fußgängern.

Schöner Urlaub
Liked: Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, ruhig gelegen aber dennoch alles vor Ort. Wir empfanden es sehr angenehm dass die Anlage noch nicht zu groß und alles dicht gedrängt ist. Hoffentlich bleibt das so. Ein schöner Strand und eine tolle Poolanlage. Wir sind begeistert. Das schöne Wetter spielt natürlich auch eine Rolle :-) Ganz großes Lob an das immer freundliche Personal und die gute Organisation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - PITCHES
- The formalisation of a booking implies the acceptance of the Internal Regulations, the Booking Conditions - Pitches and the current Rates published in www.playabrava.com
- Once the deposit has been received, Camping Playa Brava will send a confirmation, which must be presented at Reception on the arrival day.
- The total for the stay will be paid on arrival, minus the deposit received.
- For security reasons, the personal, non-transferrable wristbands must be worn. The wristbands are placed on the wrist on arrival, and the holder and all companions must be present. €5 per wristband will be paid as a deposit and will be refunded on departure. No-one contravening this rule may stay on the campsite.
- Each booking reserves the right to occupy a reserved-type pitch, without its exact location being guaranteed. Reception reserves the right to allocate the pitch.
- The price of the pitch includes: 1 vehicle + 1 camping element (tent, caravan or mobile home) + electrical connection + WiFi for one device.
- The maximum permitted occupation per pitch is 6 persons. Only persons registered in the booking or at the time of arrival are authorised to stay overnight.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The pitch will be at the Client's disposal from 12 pm on the arrival day to 12 pm on the departure day.
- Camping Playa Brava guarantees the booking until 12:00 pm on the day following the envisaged arrival date. If the Client fails to arrive, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. If you wish to keep the booking, you must notify this at info@playabrava.com, and the days the pitch is maintained prior to its occupation must be paid for at the minimum rate in force (pitch + 2 adults).
- If the Client leaves before the envisaged date, 40% of the contracted services pending will be charged.
- Bookings are personal and non-transferrable. The booking may only be changed if this is notified at info@playabrava.com at least 7 days before the arrival date. Booking changes are subject to availability and will incur an administration charge of €15.
- In the case of cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is notified at info@playabrava.com at least 7 days before the arrival date. The cancellation costs (€15) and the bank costs will be charged to the Customer
- Camping Playa Brava is a family campsite and the option is reserved to cancel any new booking in a maximum period of 72 hours and to return the deposit. In addition, it may cancel any booking if it is found that the data entered are not true.
BOOKING CONDITIONS - ACCOMMODATION
BOOKINGS
To confirm your booking, you must pay 40% of the total for your stay. The final payment must be made at least 15 days before arrival using a link which you will receive by email. If this payment is not made, the booking will be cancelled automatically, and the deposit will be lost.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable. Only persons registered in the booking may stay overnight in the accommodation. For safety reasons, on no case will it be permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation, babies included.
Persons may not be registered after the arrival date, nor may fellow guests be changed during the stay.
Changes to bookings must be notified in writing to info@playabrava.com at least 15 days before the arrival date. Changes will be subject to availability and will carry an administration charge of € 20.
In the peak season, the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In the low season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
DEPOSIT
On arrival, you must pay a deposit of € 150 as a guarantee. This will be returned on departure after the accommodation has been checked. If there is any damage, loss of objects or lack of cleaning, the corresponding amount will be charged.
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in: 17:00 hrs. - check-out: 11:00 hrs.
Arrival at the campsite is permitted from 13:00 hrs on and you can use our facilities while you are waiting for the accommodation to become available.
If you do not occupy the accommodation on your arrival day or the following day before 13:00 hrs., the booking will be cancelled automatically, and the amount paid will be lost.
There will be no repayment, refund or compensation in the case of delays to the arrival day or early departures.
On departure day, you must leave the accommodation before 11:00 a.m.
Remember to leave the accommodation as you found it:
The furniture (beds, tables, chairs, etc.) in its original place, the kitchen utensils clean, the fridge and rubbish bin empty and the worktop, cabinets and drawers free of any objects.
WHAT IT INCLUDES
The price includes: the rental of the Mobile Home for 2 people, water and electricity consumption, 1 parking space and 1 Wifi code for one device.
The price does not include: bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, tablecloths or optional extras (cot, highchair or 2nd vehicle).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Càmping Playa Brava recommends you take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellations must be notified, in writing only, to info@playabrava.com, and will incur the following charges:
- 10% of the total for the stay, if notified up to 30 days before arrival.
- 20% of the total for the stay, if notified between 29 and 15 days before arrival.
- 50% of the total for the stay, if notified between 14 and 7 days before arrival.
- 100% of the total for the stay, if notified less than 7 days before arrival.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION
In case of:
- Closure of borders with Spain or in the country of origin.
- Prohibition by the country of origin from travelling to Catalonia.
- Mandatory quarantine in the country of origin.
- Restrictions of mobility that prevent arrival at the campsite.
- The campsite being closed.
We will make the cancellation policy more flexible: from 14 to 3 days before the arrival date, we will hold the booking for the next year, or refund 90% of the amount paid. And, if you are already in accommodation and you have to end your holidays early, we will refund 50% of your remaining days.

-Groups that wish to book accommodation, or any booking of more than 3 accommodations, must previously notify this in writing to info@playabrava.com, and obtain express authorisation. Càmping Playa Brava may invalidate bookings and refuse entry to groups arriving without this authorisation.
-For safety reasons, the wristbands are of mandatory, personal and non-transferable use. The wristbands are placed on the wrist on arrival, and the holder and all fellow guests must be present. Any person contravening this rule may not remain on the campsite.
-Extra tents beside the accommodations are not permitted.
-Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted.
-Pets are not admitted.
