Could be better:
Showers are very run down. Need updating. Laundry bloc/dishwashing area the same. Pool area needs tiles replacing. Generally a little TLC would not hurt. We were here last year and it’s not improved but it wouldn’t stop us visiting again as we have friends nearby and it’s very convenient.

Fabulous views. Quiet. Good location as we were visiting friends. Receptionist extremely helpful. Good sized pitches. Pool area looked great. All the usual amenities.
Could be better:
Shower block needs total renovation. Sliding doors on showers were falling off. Although it had obviously been cleaned, it looked extremely grubby. Not the cleaners fault. Washing up area needs a lick of paint. Water tap on our pitch not working. The whole site just needs some TLC.

Déjà l emplacement pas terrible. Sauf le restaurant, le.reste pas terrible et le bouquet final pour sortir du camping a ec un.camping car de 4t400 et une remorque de 1t300 dur dur surtout avec un.sol.mouille.

el agua de ducha en el centro no drena …..o drena muy lento. Hay que limpiar la tubería o el siphon. La inclinación de entrada/salida es demasiado.

We hadden doorgegeven dat wij om 06.00 uur zouden vertrekken. De auto hadden wij reeds in de avond buiten op de parkeerplaats gezet. Toen wij s’morgens onze spullen naar de auto wilden brengen was het hek dicht en konden gelukkig via het kleine hek aan de achterzijde camping verlaten. Dit was wel balen en niet echt servicegericht. De receptie had dit aan ons door moeten geven!!!
In case of cancellation of reservation, the expenses are established as follows: With 20 days or more, prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is returned. With 10 days, prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit amount. With 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit made at the time of booking is not refunded. IMPORTANT: INCLEMENT WEATHER IS NOT A REASON FOR CANCELLATION. THEREFORE, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT WILL BE SAVED FOR A FUTURE DATE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS THAT WERE ESTABLISHED AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION WAS MADE. IN ADDITION, A PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. In case of no-show and without knowledge of the reception of the delay in arrival, Camping Presa La Viñuela is committed to keep the reservation for one night making use of the accommodation the next day. Please note that no refunds will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
MINIMUM STAYS The dates agreed at the time of booking. For bungalows in July, the minimum stay is 3 nights and in August it is 4 nights. For the plots there is no minimum number of nights. The bungalows can be used from 12:00 am on the day of arrival in low season and from 4:00 pm in July, August and September. Although it can be modified due to the disinfection of the bungalows. The plots can be used from 12:00 noon throughout the year. The plots and bungalows must be vacated before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. For late check-out please ask at reception. Except in July, August and September for the bungalows. The client is fully and exclusively responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of persons that are to occupy the bungalow or plot (without omitting the children whatever their age), when making the reservation. Please note that the reception can legally refuse to admit the entry of those persons not declared, or evict them, there being no claim for this reason. On the other hand, because of the new regulations due to Covid-19 we have been forced to remove the garbage cans that were in the enclosure, leaving only an area of containers where you can deposit the garbage. Therefore, we kindly ask all guests, once their stay is over, to deposit their garbage in the waste disposal area. Each bungalow/plot has a parking space, if the client has more than one vehicle, the Camping is not responsible for providing a parking space within the same enclosure. The check-in will take place before 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If, for any reason beyond the campsite's control, the client wishes to leave the campsite before the agreed departure date, the difference for the days not used will NOT be refunded. In the bungalows pets are allowed on request with an extra supplement of 3 € / day. In the plots 1.50€. Visitors are not allowed in the bungalows/plots. It is forbidden to barbecue / use of fire in general on the campsite. The bungalows have towels and bed linen. There are no cleaning products for washing dishes or personal hygiene products. Overnight stays by persons other than those registered are not allowed. It is obligatory to wear masks in the common areas of the campsite and to use sanitizing gel. Reception hours are from 9:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 20:00. Rest time is from 14h - 16h. From 00:00h to 8:00h. It is forbidden to make noise in the campsite.
ANOMALIES OR DEFICIENCIES If at the entrance you find any irregularity or deficiency in the whole bungalow/plot you must communicate it immediately to the reception. From this point on, the client is responsible for any damage that may be caused in the bungalow and its furniture or in the plot. . ** ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Any product) The fact of taking part in the product supposes the express acceptance of the client of each and every one of the established general conditions.
