The best Campeggio in Italia on our 7 month trip.
Liked: Camping Trasimeno is situated just out to Lago Trasimeno. Giving the best sunsets and a beautiful view whenever you like. Everything on the Campeggio was perfect ! The position,the crew,the reception,the pool,the toilets and showers,discwashing facilities and washing facilities. The restaurant is excellent,the food of best quality,the pizzas the best we got in Italia this year so everything was great. The pitches were a great size,well with shadow and separated from each other. The crew comes and take away the blades from the trees also before your arrival !

Liked: Der Campingplatz ist wirklich sehr schön👌 Die Lage ausgezeichnet. Die Nasszellen und WC's waren immer sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig war es. Alles im allen kann ich nur "Spitze"

Liked: Wir hatten die Räder mit. Einkaufen oder ein paar Touren sind vom Platz direkt möglich. Wanderungen ins Hinterland waren ebenso gut möglich. Auch das große Schwimmbecken lädt einen zum Baden ein. Sanitärbereich war zu jeder Zeit sehr sauber. Duschen sind angenehm groß. Auch gibt es Kabinen mit Waschbecken.
Could be better: Es ist ein Naturplatz. Der sollte so bleiben

The Basilica of Saint Clare: Founder of the Poor Clares, St. Clare is buried in the church which also houses the crucifix that spoke to Saint Francis. Piazza del Comune. Austere and elegant public buildings of the Medieval city: the Palazzo dei Priori, Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo and the Torre del Popolo.
CORTONA:
Cortona was a free Medieval City with an imposing Medici Fortress and the Palazzi of the old town center, whose walls are covered with the coat of arms of the most important Capitani del Popolo. Many churches are located within the old city walls, sometimes hidden in its characteristic small alleys. The Monastery, dedicated to Santa Margherita, the matron saint of Cortona, is located on the highest part of the city; from here you can enjoy a vista that includes Valdichiana and part of Lake Trasimeno. Walking through the characteristic ancient streets of Cortona, you can feel the art, culture, gastronomy in the air.
SIENA:
Known throughout the world for its artistic heritage Siena is one of the most beautiful cities of central Italy. It owes its fame to the renowned Palio and its popular wines that are renowned all over the world such as the Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Piazza del Campo is the heart of the city and the location chosen to host the traditional Palio, a historic event that takes place July 2 and August 16 of each year. It is a bareback horse race during which the various city districts, that lead an intense associative life throughout the rest of the year, compete for several days.

5. So as to avoid any misunderstandings, we would ask you kindly to note that periods of stay start and end as follows:
- The accommodation will be available from 04:00 pm.
- You are required to leave by 10.00 am.
6. We reserve the right to consider a reservation cancelled in the case of non-appearance within one day of the start of the reserved period of stay.
