CHECK-IN:

pitches: from 10.00 to 23.00

accommodation: Keys to the accommodation are handed over from 16.00 to 23.00.

Every guest is required to present a valid identity document to the management for registration in accordance with the law.

Any change to the number of people already registered for a pitch or accommodation must be reported to the management immediately.

New arrivals must register with the management by presenting a valid identity document before entering the campsite; they should contact reception staff, even at night. Anyone leaving earlier than the other members of their group must notify the management immediately. Otherwise, they will be considered to still be present on the campsite and will be required to pay for the entire stay.

Those who have booked accommodation or a pitch are required to settle the balance for their stay on arrival, after checking in, unless they have already done so by bank transfer.

Bookings can be made on the website www.barcoreale.com. Management guarantees the booking of the requested type of accommodation or pitch, but not a specific number.

Changes to booking dates or to the type of accommodation/pitch are accepted up to 10 days before the start date of the stay.

Cancellations can be made by email up to 10 days before the start date of the stay. In this case, the deposit will be refunded, minus €20.00 retained for administrative fees.

In the event of cancellation within 9 days prior to the start of the stay, the deposit may be used for the following year; otherwise, it will be forfeited.

In case of late arrival relative to the booked date, the customer will be charged for the entire stay. The reservation will be cancelled if guests do not arrive within 1 day of the scheduled arrival date without giving prior notice.

In case of early departure relative to the booked date, the customer must pay for the booked nights, number of guests, and type of pitch/accommodation. No refunds will be provided. Consequently, if the guest has also rented a refrigerator or a kit, they will be charged for all the nights requested.

DAILY VISITORS: Daily visitors pay the per-person rate based on age. If the total number of overnight guests plus daily visitors exceeds 5 people (regardless of age) on a single pitch, daily visitors will also be charged the cost of the standard pitch(es).

PITCH OCCUPIED WITHOUT GUESTS: If registered guests do not stay overnight at the campsite, they will still pay the fee for 2 people plus the rate for the occupied pitch type.

EXTENDED STAY AT THE CAMPSITE: After settling payment and vacating the pitch or accommodation by 10:00 AM, it is possible to remain on the campsite grounds until 6:00 PM from 14/05/26 to 12/06/26 and from 29/08/26 to 29/09/26.

In the event of breakdowns or various issues in the accommodation—whether reported by guests or not—staff are authorized to enter even without specific permission from the guest.

Departures: Pitches and accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Any late departures must be agreed upon with management.

Cashier hours: 08:30–10:00 and 16:00–18:00. 

Applied rates: The guest's age on the day of departure determines the final calculated amount.

Quiet hours: From 13:00 to 14:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00. During quiet hours, motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited from driving inside the campsite. Noise that may cause disturbance (shouting, radios, TVs, etc.) must also be avoided.

Dogs and other pets: Pets are allowed on the campsite. They must always be kept on a leash and under the owner's control. Dogs must wear a muzzle. Any damage caused by animals will be compensated by their respective owners. Management declines all liability. Pets are strictly forbidden in the pool area.

Speed limit: All vehicles moving inside the campsite must not exceed the maximum speed limit of 10 km/h.

Liability: Management assumes no liability for injury to persons or damage to property caused by severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, insects, plant diseases, or other causes not directly resulting from staff negligence. The use of facilities and equipment is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted on the campsite. Furthermore, management assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

These regulations may be supplemented by additional rules that management deems appropriate to issue.

Campers are required to read the rules and terms of use posted at the entrance of individual facilities.
