IMPORTANT!
Due to delayed arrival or early departure on hight season costumers must pay the whole booked period. Rates are per day regardless of time of arrival. The reserved pitch will be kept at customer's disposal till 1,00 p.m. of the following day.

The day of departure will be also counted if takes place after 01,00 p.m. o'clock.

Guests must respect camp regulations

Insurance:
The management is not responsible in case of theft, accident or damages to things or persons and it is not responsable of damages causes by bad weather, all kind of illness, epidemic, fire and so on. We suggest you to stipulate an insurance for all camping risks.

Check-in:08,00 am to 12,00 noon and 3,00 pm to 8,00 pm.

1. Check in

At arrival guests have to show documents of identification, children included (passports or identity cards). Minors without guidance from an adult are not accepted.

2. Dogs

It is strictly prohibited to bring dogs to the campsite without authorization from the direction of the campsite.
In case the authorization is given, the dog owner has to show the dog passport (sanitary certificate) and accept the regulations.

3. Campsite prices and camping pass

The prices include VAT, the use of electricity, hot water in the sanitary services and the use of the swimming pool. Prices are exposed in the showcase at the entrance of the Campsite and in the Reception.
All regularly notified guests have a camping pass (also for the car).
Guests have to show them to the guard at the entrance of the campsite.

4. Change in the number of persons during the stay

Anticipated departures of persons notified on arrival must be communicated the same day of departure to the reception. The guests have to pay for their stay on the day of departure and hand in the camping pass. If guests do not notify their departure they will have to pay for the whole period.
New arrivals have to be communicated to the reception immediately.

5. Visitors

Daily price is from 8:00am till 10:00pm and mid day price is from 3:00pm till 10:00pm.
Our guests are responsible for their visitors they invite to the camp site.
In the high season, and if the campsite is full, visitors are accepted only on booking
Visitors for our guests with a seasons contract are not allowed to stay the night.

6. Unattended pitches - daily prices

In the high seasons it is not possible to have unattended pitches, the price will be for minimum 2 persons plus the pitch.

7. Electricity connection on the pitch

For the electricity connection to the plug board, one must use plugs CEE 2x16A+T. According to the law, we advise that the maximum assimilation permitted is 6A, that correspond nearly to 1200w. Please, pay attention by using suitable cables and the use of melted plugs. Don't use electric appliances unfit for camping.

8. Notification of cars and internal parking

The number plate of each car has to be communicated to the reception (also when one changes the car during the stay). During the high season it is not allowed to enter the campsite by car from 10:00pm till 8:00am of the following day. Guests can enter the campsite by car only for unloading and loading luggage.
The car has always to be parked in the parking area. It is prohibited to park the car inside the campsite or occupy free pitches.
The car park is closed but not guarded. The Direction is not responsible in case of theft or damages to the car.

9. Notification of boats and the use of buoys

For boats on a trailer we apply the daily tariff. It is up to the reception to decide the number of the buoy or boat place.
It is prohibited to introduce boats to the campsite without informing the reception. It is also prohibited to keep the boat on the pitch. At the campsite several areas are dedicated for parking boats.
Please pay attention to the bathers in the lake when putting the boat in to the water. The lake is State property. The direction of the campsite is not responsible for abuse or damages caused by guests (p.e. the use of unauthorized buoys or not respecting the rules of navigation). It is strictly prohibited to use the buoys from the campsite without the authorization of the direction.
The beach is not guarded. The Direction is not responsible for the bathers.

10. Silence time

Silence time during the night: from 12:00pm till 08:00am the following day. From 10:00 pm till 08:00am children are not allowed to ride their bicycles on the campsite.
During the day, in all accommodations and on the pitches, the silence time has to be respected from 02:30pm till 05:00pm, guests have to turn down the volume of the t.v. and radio and not disturb the neighbours.

11. Rude behavior, vandalism and use of drugs

Rude behavior and vandalism is not allowed in this campsite, those who violate the rules will be expelled from the campsite. Parents are responsible for their children who cause damage inside the campsite. The use of drug or alcohol abuse under minors will be reported to the authorities.

12. Sanitary services

The cleanliness of the sanitary services depends mostly on the civil behavior of the guests. The use of hot water is free, but it is in the guests' best interest to limit the use of it. Little children must be accompanied by an adult.

13. Municipal cleaning and refuse disposal service

The waste has to be thrown in the containers for the recycle waste collection, at the entrance of the campsite.

14. Surveillance during the night

You can find the night guard at the entrance of the campsite from 10:00pm till 08:00am of the following day.

15. Insurance

The direction is not responsible in case of theft, fire or damages to things or persons and it is not responsible for damages caused by bad weather, illnesses, epidemics fire and so on. We suggest you to take out an insurance for all risks of camping.

WE REMIND ALL OUR GUESTS THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND THE PAYMENT OF THE HOLIDAY (EVEN IF THE DEPARTURE IS ANTICIPATED).
