GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) The campers, upon arrival, are required to deliver their identity documents for registration. The documents will be returned after the time necessary for the registration itself. Upon arrival each guest will receive a recognition bracelet and is obliged to always carry it clearly for control and safety reasons. Unprepared customers will not be able to use the services offered by the Village.

2) The sticker that is delivered on arrival must be exposed on the windshield of the car to facilitate inspection at the entrance of the Camping. The Camping, as well as the internal parking, is closed from 24.00 to 07.00 so it is impossible to enter or exit in that time frame with the car. No responsibility can be attributed to the Camping Village for any damage caused by third parties to the vehicles and / or motor vehicles of the campers.

3) Visitors are not allowed except with the authorization of the Management; those admitted must deliver their identity documents and pay the fee shown. The camper who receives visits is responsible for the behavior of their guests.

4) The place in the Camping will be assigned by the Management, whose provisions will have to follow the campers; therefore it is forbidden to occupy or enclose other spaces.

5) Squeaks and loud noises should always be avoided. From 1.30 to 3.30 pm and from 24.00 to 08.00, Silence must be carried out; during other hours the rest and tranquility of each must be respected. Audiovisual equipment must always be kept at low volume; in the hours of silent silence. The speed of vehicles inside the Campsite must always be less than 5 km / h; in silent hours it is forbidden to move around with motor vehicles.

6) Minors are allowed if accompanied by parents or adult relatives who will supervise them and will in any case be responsible. Children must be accompanied in the use of the various equipment and in the toilets.

7) Each guest is required to keep the objects he owns. The Management declines all responsibility for any loss and / or removal. Anyone who finds objects inside the Camping is obliged to hand them over to the Management who will return them to their rightful owner.

8) Each camper must respect the land, the plants, the camping equipment. It is forbidden:

• plant nails in plants and tie ropes;
• dig holes or holes of any size;
• light fires;
• the game of football, bowls, volleyball and the like outside the appropriate spaces.

The use of overhead raised grids of at least 50 cm from the ground is permitted and, in any case, with all the necessary precautions to avoid the danger of fires and / or injuries.

9) The order, cleanliness and good functioning of the common services are also entrusted to the civil and responsible behavior of the campers. It is forbidden:

• wash the laundry if not in the appropriate sinks;
• throw papers and / or waste outside the appropriate containers.

10) Animals must be kept on a leash by the owners who will be responsible for them.

11) Any unusual fact that disturbs the good functioning of the campsite should be reported immediately to the management. At the same place is placed a box 'HELP YOU TO MAKE BEST' apt to receive complaints and suggestions or simply the evaluation questionnaire that will not be taken into consideration if anonymous.

12) The service of direct telephone calls to campers from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 18.00 to 20.00. Calls received outside this time will be displayed in a special bulletin board.

13) Accommodation must be vacated by 09.00 on the day of departure. The day of stay is included from the arrival until 20.00 of the following day.

14) In the high season, the minimum period of stay in camping is 10 days. Minimum stay must be paid upon arrival. Refunds are not allowed in case of interruption of stay. In the week of August, for anyone who decides to spend a single day, the admission price is € 10.00. This treatment is not applicable for the following day.

15) Half-board is compulsory in the period called 'very high season' but only with reference to the inhabited units.

16) For any type of accommodation it is compulsory to have the Club card issued for the services and inputs made available by the Camping.

17) Admission to the campsite is subject to acceptance of the conditions all reported from 1 to 16. Failure to comply even with one of the aforementioned conditions will result in expulsion from the Camping.

18) The signing of the present implies full acceptance of the conditions referred to in articles 1 to 17 as well as the rates, costs and conditions all provided on this website.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 c.c. I declare to have read and peina acquainted with the conditions set for the stay and specifically to accept the clauses set forth in articles. 2 (exclusion of liability for damages), 4 (assignment of place), 7 (custody and subtraction of own), 8 (prohibition), 13 (delivery of accommodation), 14 (non-refund in case of interruption of stay), 15 (mandatory) half board), 16 (compulsory Club Card), 17 (admission to the camping and expulsion), 18 (signature = acceptance rates, costs and conditions) RESERVATIONS: GENERAL CONDITIONS 1) In the high season, reservations are accept for a minimum of 10 days. The dates of stay, indicated in the booking, are usually the first on the day of arrival, the second on departure.
2) Reservations, after confirmation by the Camping Village, for their validity must be accompanied by a penitential deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, while the balance must be settled upon arrival. br> 3) The booked period must be paid in full, even in case of delayed arrival and / or early departure.
4) Should the arrival of the clientele be over the second day resulting from the booking, the same will no longer be valid with the consequent loss of the deposit paid. As a consequence, the Camping Village will have as much as 5). The accommodation units booked will be available after 3.00 pm on the day fixed for arrival and must be vacated by 09.00 on the day of departure. The pitches booked can be occupied from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 16.00 to 20.00 on the day of arrival, respecting the order of arrival of the crews and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
6) The reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions set forth in this website as stated in articles 1 to 18 of the 'General Conditions', conditions that are considered and approved by the signature of the card of reservation
7) In the case of contracts stipulated outside the Camping Village pursuant to Legislative Decree 15/1/1992 n. 50 the camper is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 10 days. from the signing of the same. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the camper by sending a registered letter to the Camping Village with a return receipt. In case of withdrawal made later, the Camping Village reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis a partial refund of the deposit.
