At the beginning of 1992, the campsite was carefully integrated into the beautiful landscape with environmentally friendly aspects. You will spend your holiday in a slightly terraced complex, which is fascinating due to the construction of the houses and their excellent facilities. You can enjoy your holiday on generously proportioned pitches (80-100m²) in a well-kept garden.

Cancellation pitch
A notice of cancellation must be received in writing by Eurocamp Spreewaldtor GmbH 21 days before arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded less a handling fee of 30 €. In the case of cancellation notifications received later or non-arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Arrival pitch
Arrival at the campsite can take place from 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm. In the event of arrival after 7.00 pm, the reception of the holiday complex must be informed in advance. For arrivals after 8.00 p.m., the holiday complex is entitled to charge an additional fee of €15.00. In the event of a no-show, the pitch will be kept free until 10.00 a.m. on the following day.

Departure pitch
The pitch must be left clean by 12.00 noon.

Cancellation of rental accommodation
A cancellation notice must be received by Eurocamp Spreewaldtor GmbH in writing. In this case a cancellation fee is due in the following intervals:
Up to 60 days before arrival: 20% of the total amount
Up to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation policy.

Arrival rental accommodation
Arrival for our rental properties can take place from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs. In the event of arrival after 7.00 p.m., the reception of the holiday complex must be informed in advance. The holiday complex is entitled to charge an additional fee for arrivals after 8.00 pm. In the event of a no-show, the rental property will only be kept free until 10.00 a.m. on the following day. If you do not make use of your reserved rental property for no reason or if you depart early, the full price remains due for payment.

Departure of rented accommodation
The rental property must be vacated by 11.00 am. A later departure must be authorised at reception. In the event of early departure due to eviction as a result of a breach of these general terms and conditions, no fees will be refunded.
For a late check-out between 11.00 am - 4.00 pm, a flat rate of 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. Please enquire about your late check-out at our reception.
