Camping des Favards

In the heart of a 20 hectare wine-growing estate, you can enjoy a unique view of the jagged crests of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Come join us at Les Favards campsite, located in the heart of the vineyards. Enjoy beautiful views of the jagged peaks of the Dentelles de Montmirail, famous for climbing, just 5 minutes from the campsite. Mont Ventoux, the Giant of Provence, attracts cyclists from all over the world. Towers of Mont Ventoux in the background, lit every morning by the rising sun. On site at Les Favards, enjoy the swimming pool and the happy song of the cicadas. You can barbecue using the grapevine wood we provide for free for your grilling needs. You can taste our wines and share the passion that drives our work, our roots, the history of our region - wine and sharing good times. Treat yourself to the gourmet cuisine of our restaurant where you can discover the food and wine pairings that we have prepared for you, with a Provencal accent

You can discover the cities of Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Carpentras and Avignon.
But also the charm of our small villages with Provencal traditions like Gigondas or Séguret classified village for its stone streets, crafts, and his view of our beautiful region.

-Tariffs Our tariffs include:

• Access to hot water sanitary facilities
• Access to the swimming pool and paddling pool (swimming costumes must be worn). The swimming pool is normally open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on climatic conditions.
• Access to children's games

Reservation
1. The pitches:

• Reservation is strongly advised.
• Reservations are complete following receipt of the signed contract and a deposit of 20% (25€ minimum) of the total cost of the stay or the full amount for the night if only booking a one-night stay.

2. Rentals: NON-SMOKERS

• Reservation is compulsory for rentals throughout the campsite's open period.
• Reservations are complete following receipt of the signed contract and a deposit of 30% (50€ minimum) of the total cost of the stay or the full amount for the night if only booking a one-night stay. The rental must be paid for in full one month before arrival.
• Rentals must be vacated and checked before 10am.

Once we have received both the deposit and signed contract from you, we will send you a booking confirmation that must be presented to reception upon your arrival.
Arriving later or departing earlier than planned will under no circumstances result in a refund.
Arrival – Departure
 The pitches
-Pitches must be vacated before 11am and are available from 1pm.
-Any change to the number of people during the course of your stay must immediately be notified to reception.
-The total cost of your stay must be paid in full no later than the eve of your departure, and before 7pm.

 Rentals
-A deposit of 200€ will be requested upon your arrival (payable by cheque, card or cash). The deposit will be returned to you upon departure, following examination of the state and condition of the rental. You will also be provided with an inventory. In the event of any anomaly, the tenant must notify reception within 12 hours of their arrival. If your departure time is outside the reception's opening hours, please inform them the day before.
-Rentals are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.
-Any change to the number of people during the course of your stay must immediately be notified to reception.
-The total cost of your stay must be paid in full no later than one month before your arrival.
-The tenant is responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay. If this is not done, the deposit will not be returned.
-Rentals must be vacated and checked before 10am on the day of departure.
Animals:
-Animals are allowed on the campsite in accordance with the laws and regulations currently in force, upon presentation of their up-to-date vaccination card.
-1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed.
-Animals must be kept on a leash while on the campsite. Owners assume full responsibility for their animals. Animals are under no circumstances to be left unattended on the campsite. Animals are not allowed in the sanitary facilities or in the swimming pool enclosure. Droppings are to be picked up by the owner.

Insurance
It is the camper's responsibility to take out insurance. The campsite will accept no responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., nor in the event of an incident relating to the camper's responsibilities.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, we will retain, or you will be due to pay, damages for terminating your contract:
 For pitches
The full deposit if you do not warn of your cancellation, or if you cancel less than a week before your arrival.
 For rentals
The total cost of your stay if you cancel less than a month before your arrival.
We do not offer cancellation insurance.
Any booking cancellation must be made in writing (by letter or email).

Various:
Each camper must adhere to the Camping des Favards' campsite regulations. The management reserves the right to remove anyone who breaks the campsite regulations.
