Great campsite in beautiful Roquebrune
Liked: Great location. Good sized pitches. Fantastic pool areas.
Could be better: Please could there be another washer and dryer? We visited in the height of the season and found we had to wait for machines to be free and that was time consuming walking from our pitch to the laundry area several times to try to catch a time the machines were free (about a 10 min walk each time). Or a booking system for the machines might work,

The campsite needs some work
Liked: Liked the location and the peace & quiet. Staff are very friendly. Shame the bar isn't accessible without entering the pool which means we couldn't go as we have a dog.
Could be better: There is a lot of gardening to do. Too many shrubs which are overgrown making it very difficult for motorhomes/caravan to access without scratching their vehicles. You can see work going on around the place which is good to see but it seems a very slow pace.

Family holiday
Liked: The cabin was excellent and the swimming pools great.
Could be better: Repair the buttons in the adult pool! These worked until last year. The tap in the sink in the kitchen would benefit with a sparkler to stop the water splashing.

Great time
Liked: We had a brilliant time at Camping Les Pecheurs. The site is lovely, well kept, safe and the caravans are very clean and comfortable. The swimmings pool are very clean, the life guard is attentive and the adult pool is quiet and relaxing. The bar at the pool is a good price and the staff are friendly.
Could be better: A slide for the children’s pool would make it a lot more fun.

Peaceful stay
Liked: We enjoyed a very peaceful stay in a well-equipped mobile home. Weather excellent, and liked that there was no evening entertainment or constant music at the pool. Adult only pool and jacuzzi area a bonus, though see point below.
Could be better: They could perhaps make it clearer the minimum age is 17 for this area (a clear notice stating this age at the entrance to the adult area would help) as a number of younger teenagers took over the jacuzzis at times. Plus a member of staff to monitor form time to time. Also, more shade needed at pools.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Scope of application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern by right all sales of stays carried out on the website www.camping-les-pecheurs.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general terms and conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's registered office.
Article 2 - Reservation conditions
2.1 - Prices, payment
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. Any person occupying a rental or a pitch must comply with the campsite's internal rules displayed in front of the reception. The number of people participating in the stay cannot exceed the maximum number of people indicated on our reservation site or our catalogs. Children and babies are included in these maximum numbers. The names of the people participating in the stay may be changed if the customer informs the campsite before the stay or upon arrival. A tourist tax and an eco-tax will be invoiced to you in addition. These two taxes appear in your stay voucher. Any rental is nominative and cannot be transferred. For camping pitch reservations: Payment: the deposit of 100 euros (one hundred euros) must be attached either to the reservation contract (for a direct reservation at reception) or during the internet reservation. The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. For any early departure, the booked nights must be paid in full. You can use the cancellation insurance mentioned below. For rental reservations: Payment: the 30% deposit must be attached either to the reservation contract (for a direct reservation at reception) or during the internet reservation. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fees. The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. For any early departure, the booked nights must be paid in full. You can use the cancellation insurance mentioned below.
2.2 Modification of reservation, delay
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure. For any unreported delay, the rental/pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the campsite management.
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not paid in full in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, except for the reservation fees of 26 euros which will be kept for processing the file.
2.4 Right of withdrawal Legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal. 2.5 Cancellation insurance We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). The amount of the insurance represents 3% of the amount of your stay. (This does not concern processing fees, tourist tax, and eco-tax).
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures For camping pitch reservations:
Stay procedures: Arrival times: between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM. No arrival will be accepted after 11:00 PM. You can arrive any day throughout the season. The management will do its best to satisfy your choice of pitch without, however, guaranteeing it. It reserves the right to modify the pitch for reasons of security of property and persons. It is strictly forbidden to plug hybrid or electric vehicles into our electrical installations. Any liberation of the pitch after 12:00 PM will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any request to extend the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.2 - For rental reservations:
Stay procedures: Arrival times: between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. No arrival will be accepted after 11:00 PM. You can arrive any day throughout the season. The management will do its best to satisfy your choice of pitch without, however, guaranteeing it. It reserves the right to modify the pitch for reasons of security of property and persons. It is strictly forbidden to plug hybrid or electric vehicles into our electrical installations. A deposit of 280 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (check, credit card, or cash). It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. The replacement rates for broken or damaged equipment can be consulted in each mobile home or cabin. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by email or mail. Any return of keys after 10:00 AM results in the invoicing of an additional night. Any request to extend the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.3 - Animals
Animals are allowed inside the rentals (maximum 2) and must be declared at reception. Any failure to declare will result in an additional billing of 100 euros including tax.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the equipment of the camper/caravanner which is their own doing; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Mediator
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution by way of mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional. BRENGUIER DEVELOPPEMENT has designated, by membership registered under number 17768/VM/2601, SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity. To contact the mediator, the consumer must formulate their request:
Either in writing to: Sas Médiation Solution - 222 chemin de la bergerie 01800 Saint Jean de Niost, or by email to: mediation@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr, or by filling out the online form entitled "Saisir le médiateur" (Contact the mediator) on the website https://www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr. Regardless of the means of referral used, the request must imperatively contain: The postal, telephone, and electronic contact details of the applicant, the name, address, and registration number with Sas Médiation Solution of the professional concerned, a brief statement of the facts, a copy of the prior complaint, and all documents allowing for the processing of the request (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
Article 6 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Toulon.
