Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of holidays made on the www.camping-les-pecheurs.com website. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
All customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions before booking a holiday, for themselves and any other person taking part in the holiday.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They may also be obtained on written request sent to the establishment's head office.

Article 2 - Booking conditions

2.1 - Price, payment, arrival and departure
Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT.
Any person occupying a rental accommodation or pitch must comply with the campsite rules and regulations displayed in front of reception.
The number of people taking part in the stay may not exceed the maximum number indicated on our booking site or in our catalogues. Children and babies are included in these maximum numbers.
The names of the people taking part in the stay may be changed if the customer informs the campsite before the stay or on arrival.
A tourist tax and an eco-tax will be charged in addition. These two taxes appear on your holiday voucher.
All rentals are by name only and may not be transferred.
For rental bookings :
Payment: the 30% deposit must be included either with the booking contract (for direct bookings at reception) or when booking online. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay and the booking fee. The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. In the event of early departure, all nights booked must be paid in full. You can take out the cancellation insurance mentioned below.

2.2 Change of booking, late arrival
No reduction will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
In the event of a late arrival that has not been notified, the rental/pitch will become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking not paid for in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For cancellations received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, except for the booking fee of 25 euros, which will be retained for processing.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling as set out in the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Therefore, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract provides you with cancellation cover, which enables you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
The amount of the insurance is 3% of the cost of your stay. (This does not include administration fees, tourist tax and ecotax).

Article 3 - Organisation of your stay

3.2 - For rental bookings :
Terms and conditions of stays :
Arrival times: between 4pm and 7pm
Departure times: no later than 10.00 am
No arrivals will be accepted after 11 p.m.
The management will do its utmost to accommodate your choice of pitch, but cannot guarantee it. The management reserves the right to change the pitch for reasons of safety and security.
It is strictly forbidden to connect hybrid or electric vehicles to our electrical installations.

A deposit of 320 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival (cheque, credit card or cash). This will be refunded on the day of your departure after an inventory of fixtures and fittings. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as will the cost of cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. Replacement rates for broken or damaged equipment can be found in each mobile home or cabin. If you are unable to attend the inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned to you by e-mail or post.
If the key is returned after 10.00 a.m., an additional night will be charged. Any request to extend your stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.
3.3 - Pets
Animals are allowed inside the rentals for an additional fee of 3.5€ per day per animal (2 maximum and excluding category 1 and 2 dogs) and must be declared to reception. Any failure to declare a pet will result in an additional charge of 100 euros inclusive of tax.

Article 4 –
LiabilityThe Camping site disclaims any responsibility in the event of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Campers must be covered by civil liability insurance.

Article 5 - Mediator
In the event of a dispute, and after having contacted the campsite's customer service department, any campsite customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter, to the operator. The contact details of the mediator who may be contacted by the customer are as follows: Medicys, 73 boulevard de Clichy- 75009 Paris.

Article 6 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Tribunal de Commerce of Toulon.
