TERMS OF SALES

IDENTITY OF THE OPERATOR:

This contract is concluded between:

Camping Beau-Vezé, operated by Camping Caravaning Le BeauVezé, whose

registered office is located at Route de la Moutonne, 83320 Carqueiranne,

registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 31364295, SIRET

CAMPING PITCH:

The campsite provides you with an unserviced pitch intended for a tent, caravan, or

motorhome.

- Basic package: includes the pitch, 2 people, your installation, one vehicle, and

access to facilities, entertainment, and sanitary blocks.

- Additional fees: extra person, extra vehicle, pets, etc., are charged separately.

- Maximum capacity: 6 persons per pitch.

- Options: basic package with electricity (10 amps). Any consumption exceeding this

limit may be subject to additional charges.

- Pricing: per night.

- Arrival and departure: available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival; departure

before 12:00 noon. Any late departure will result in an additional night being

charged.

- Pitches must be left clean.

Booking preference: Specific requests made at the time of booking (pitch number,

shaded area, adjacent pitches, etc.) will be accommodated whenever possible and

subject to availability. They cannot in any way constitute a contractual obligation for

the campsite. A surcharge of €30 applies to any special request (including rental

accommodations).

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION:

Rates include: accommodation, persons according to capacity, utilities (water,

gas, electricity), 1 vehicle (2 vehicles for 8-person rentals), and access to facilities,

entertainment, and sanitary blocks.

- Bed linen: not provided, except for Cottage Jasmin, Cottage Family, Cottage

Magnolia Jacuzzi, and Cottage Côté Jardin Jacuzzi. Rental is available on site with

prior booking.

- Arrival and departure: keys are handed over from 4:00 p.m.; departure before

10:00 a.m.

- Condition: accommodations must be returned clean and in good condition.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

For rental accommodations, two deposits will be required upon arrival: €200 for

the rental and €80 for cleaning, or €120 for Cottage Family, Cottage Côté Jardin,

and Cottage Côté Jardin Jacuzzi (by credit card pre-authorization, check, or cash).

These deposits will be refunded after departure, subject to the inspection of the

premises, within a maximum of one week. An inventory and condition check is

carried out by our staff in each accommodation before and after each stay; upon

arrival you will receive an inventory and cleanliness checklist, which must be

returned to reception with any claims within 12 hours. Failing this, the premises,

inventory, and equipment will be considered compliant and in good condition.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, who must return the accommodation in

perfect cleanliness; otherwise, the cleaning deposit will not be refunded. If you opt for

the cleaning package, you are still required to wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

RATES AND TAXES:

Our prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax (€0.82 per day per person

over 18 years old) and the eco-contribution (€0.48 per day per person over 2 years

old).

MINORS :

Unaccompanied minors are accepted under certain conditions (parental

authorization required). Before any booking, parents must contact the

management, which reserves the right to accept or decline the request.

EXTERNAL VISITORS:

- Allowed only with prior approval and depending on occupancy.

- Limit: 3 visitors per day and per pitch, not exceeding the number of participants

registered for the stay.

- Rates: adult or child ≥ 3 years: €9 / person / day; free forc hildren under 3 years.

SWIMMING POOL ACCESS:

- Children must be accompanied at all times.

- Wearing a wristband is mandatory.

- Proper swimwear is required: men must wear swim briefs or trunks, women must

wear one-piece or two-piece swimsuits. Shorts, bermudas, and burkinis are

prohibited.

PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS:

- Accepted methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), bank transfer, cash.

- Booking: confirmed upon payment of a 25% deposit plus non-refundable booking

fees.

- Balance: rental accommodations 30 days before arrival; pitches upon arrival.

- Internet bookings: imply acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

LATE ARRIVAL – EARLY DEPARTURE – CHANGES:

In case of no-show within 24 hours of the start of the stay, without any notice from

you, the accommodation or pitch will be re-rented. The full cost of the stay remains

due. No reduction will be granted in the event of early departure.

No deferral will be accepted for the following season. Any request to shorten the

duration of your stay will be considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to

the cancellation and interruption terms.

CANCELLATION : (without subscription to our Cancellation Insurance)

a. Cancellation by the guest: for any reason:

- At least 90 days before the arrival date: the deposit may be refunded (except for

non-refundable booking fees).

- From 90 days to 30 days before the arrival date: the 25% deposit will be retained

by the campsite. A credit note, corresponding to the remaining amounts paid, valid

for one year, non-refundable and non-transferable, will be issued by the campsite.

- Cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival (or no-show): the 25% deposit

of the total stay and 75% of the amounts paid will be retained by the campsite as

cancellation fees. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for

one year.

b. Cancellation by the campsite:

If the campsite must cancel its rental services, except in cases of force majeure, all

amounts paid for the booking will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation does

not entitle the guest to claim any damages.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

You have the option to subscribe to cancellation insurance for a cost of 3.3% of the

total stay (accommodation and pitch). This insurance must purchased at the time

of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Terms and conditions are

PETS :

- Allowed except for category 1 and 2 dogs

- Maximum of 2 pets per booking, older than one year

- Must be kept on a leash within the campsite

- health record must be presented; rabies vaccination and tattoo certificate are

mandatory

- Owners must clean up after their pets and follow hygiene rules

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

The activities mentioned in the brochure or on the website may be modified or

canceled without the campsite being held responsible.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING:

- It is strictly forbidden to use the electrical outlets at pitches or rental

accommodations to charge electric or hybrid vehicles.

- Such unauthorized connections pose a risk of overloading the electrical network

and a safety hazard.

- If needed, a paid charging station is installed at the campsite entrance.

- Any violation of this rule may result in additional charges for electricity

consumption and/or damages, as well as immediate expulsion from the campsite

without refund of the stay.

INTERNAL RULES:

The campsite’s internal regulations are displayed at the entrance and available at

reception. All guests are required to comply with them. In case of non-compliance,

management reserves the right to expel the guest without refund.

LIABILITY – INSURANCE – FORCE MAJEURE

The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, damage, or

deterioration of guests’ personal belongings, as well as for vehicles and caravans

parked on the premises.

Each guest must be covered by civil liability insurance.

The campsite cannot be held responsible in case of closure or disruption caused

by a force majeure event (bad weather, pandemic, natural disaster, administrative

decision, including but not limited to power or water network outages, etc.).

IMAGE RIGHTS :

You authorize the campsite to take photos/videos of you and to use them on its

communication media, without compensation.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR):

The data collected is necessary for the management of bookings and may be used

by the campsite for commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, you have

the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete your data.

Data is not shared with third parties and is stored in compliance with legal

obligations.

COMPLAINTS: :

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the campsite management.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the customer may contact the competent
