About this campsite

Welcome in Cannes in a shaded park at only a couple of minutes from La Croisette. A natural and green park of 5 ha. Le Parc Bellevue proposes comfortable and fully equipped rented accommodations, a swimming-pool with organised water games in July and August.

Could be better: Not all pitches are equally nice, this year we got one with almost no grass, mostly soil / stones.

Liked: J’ai littéralement adoré ce camping ! La disposition des lieux les emplacements tente qui sont très nombreux et qui rappelle le camping de base la piscine au top

Liked: Les personnes travaillant sur le camping sont au top, la piscine est génial, l'ambiance est super. Je ne dirais rien sur les activités du camping car nous étions souvent sur Cannes le soir mais l'ambiance à l'air d'être là.

Could be better: Avoir le plan du site à notre arrivée (juste pour rassurer)car au début on se demande si nous allons arriver à rejoindre le mobil home tout seul mais après un aller et retour c'était clair

Booking conditions

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.

2. Booking Validation
A booking is only confirmed after:
- Receipt of the completed and signed booking form,
- Acceptance of these general terms and conditions,
- Payment of the deposit.

3. Booking Confirmation
A booking contract is sent in duplicate to the guest. It includes:
- The rate applicable at the time of stay,
- The exact dates of the stay,
- The type of accommodation booked,
- The amount of the deposit paid,
- The full list of occupants.

4. Non-transferable Reservation
The reservation is personal and non-transferable. It becomes final upon receipt of the deposit within the
required timeframe.

5. Deposit Amount
The deposit amounts to 25% of the total cost of the stay (excluding tourist tax).

6. Acknowledgment of Receipt
An acknowledgment of receipt of the deposit is sent along with the booking confirmation.

7. Balance Payment
- The balance must be paid upon arrival, before the keys are handed over.
- The tourist tax (0.80 per night per adult) and eco-contribution (0.60 per person per day) must be paid
separately.

8. Security Deposit
- A 200 security deposit is required upon arrival.
- It will be refunded after the departure inventory if no damage, loss, or excessive dirt is found.
- The mobile home must be returned in the same clean condition as at check-in.
- Inventories are carried out between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM only.

9. Cancellation and Early Departure
- Without cancellation insurance, deposits are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for early departures.

10. Late Arrival
- In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the campsite.
- Without any notice by 4:00 PM the day after the scheduled arrival, the campsite reserves the right to
reassign the accommodation without refund.

11. Visitors
- Visitors are allowed but must leave the campsite by 11:00 PM.
- Access to the aquatic area is strictly reserved for registered guests. Visitors are not permitted.

12. Campsite Rules
The guest agrees to comply with the campsites internal rules:
- No additional tents may be pitched.
- Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch.
- Personal tarpaulins are not permitted on mobile home terraces.
- Each guest receives an access badge. The site is secured by nightly closure.

13. Image Rights
Photos and videos may be taken within the campsite for communication and promotional purposes (website,
social media, brochures, etc.).
Unless expressly objected to, guests accept that they may appear in media captured in public areas.
If a guest does not wish to appear in such content, they must inform the reception upon arrival each night spent.
