Camping Alpes Dauphiné

At the eart of the Hautes Alpes, on the Road Napoléon (RN 85) close to the Ecrins National Park, 20 minutes walk from Gap city center with its activities and markets. The Alpes Dauphiné campsite welcomes you in an environment rich in flowers ans vegetation : 6 acres of shadowed meadow with 180 pitches for camping, renting of chalets, mobile-homes, bungalow and _gites_.Located 800 meters below zero on the south side of the Col Bayard, this familial sun-kissed campsite offers an amazing view on the surroundings mountains.It has an easy access for all vehicles.The campsite is opens from the 15th of April to the 15th of October.

Gap 2km from the campsite, capital of the Southern Alps will charm you with its pedestrian center and its shops. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the city center wakes up to the sounds of the farmers' market. The possibilities of visits are numerous: the castle of Charance and its park, the botanical conservatory. But above all, Gap, the geographical center of the department, is close to the major sites of the Hautes-Alpes. From north to south discover magnificent sites: the high peaks of the Ecrins National Park and the many hikes in the Champsaur and Valgaudemar valleys, the Serre-Ponçon lake and its nautical activities, the very picturesque mountain villages in the heart of the Queyras regional park, the Méouge gorges and the lavender fields.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS (SALES)
The request to book a stay implies full and complete acceptance of these general booking conditions.
1 - HOW TO BOOK
* Mail: fill in the booking contract on the back and send it back to us with your deposit
in the amount of:
- camping: 100 euros + 20 euros for booking fees (non-refundable)
- rental: 30% deposit including 20 euros for administrative costs (prior confirmation by telephone)
* The reservation will only become effective upon receipt of your signed reservation form and your
down payment.
* A confirmation letter (subject to availability) will be sent to you, non-transferable
to a third party. It must be presented on the day of your arrival.
* If you do not receive your deposit within 7 days, Alpes Dauphiné may consider
that the reservation request is cancelled.
Access to the campsite is only allowed to persons whose names appear on the rental contract.
Any person not registered on the said contract will be considered as a new customer The campsite
Alpes Dauphiné will refuse access to families presenting themselves with a higher number of participants
the capacity of the rented accommodation (including baby and children).
2 - PAYMENT OF THE STAY
(Cash, holiday vouchers, credit card)
The balance of the stay will be paid:
- for rentals on arrival, or 30 days before arrival (at the latest) if you have taken out insurance
cancellation.
- for camping at the end of the stay.
3 - ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
*Rental: arrival Saturday 15:00, departure Saturday 10:00 (mandatory)
Weekend out of season, arrival Friday 3pm, departure Sunday until 6pm
*Camping arrival 14h00, departure 12h00. For any departure after 12:00 pm 1 additional night will be charged
invoiced.
If you should arrive after 7pm it is necessary to inform the reception.
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, no refund will be made, the full amount of the
stay remaining due.
4 - NO SHOW ON ARRIVAL DAY
The reservation is held until the following day at 12:00 noon. After this period the reservation is cancelled
in accordance with the provisions of Article 5
5 - CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing and by registered letter.
1st case: Without cancellation insurance
- Cancellation 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the contract is due (i.e. the deposit)
- between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the contract is due
- between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date 80% of the contract is due.
- less than 8 days before the arrival date 100% of the contract is due

Cancellation guarantee
Reimbursement of deposits or rental amount in the event that it is impossible to be present on the
place of stay in case of:
- Personal accident, illness, death concerning you, your spouse, your children;
- Fire, explosion, burglary of your home in the month preceding the rental period
if your presence is essential;
- Serious, accidental or fortuitous professional impediment, dismissal;
- Preventing access to the places of the stay following public demonstrations.
Coverage Interruption of stay
Reimbursement of the cost of the stay not made in case of:
- Personal accident, illness, death concerning you, your spouse, your children if repatriation to
your home is necessary and attested by a medical certificate issued on site;
- Fire, explosion, burglary causing significant damage to your home;
- Death declared National mourning in the country of which you are a national.

6 - DEPOSIT AND COSTS
*Rental accommodation:
On arrival, a deposit of 150 euros is required. The tenant will have to check the accuracy
of the inventory and report any errors found no later than the next morning
It will be returned at departure (or returned after your departure within 5 days) after inventory and
cleanliness control, under deduction of any costs due to damage and/or failure to comply
of the inventory
When the keys are returned, the accommodation must be in a perfectly clean state in the event of a breach,
1 contribution to the cleaning costs of 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit, with
18 euros extra charge for dishes (if necessary) The inventory of fixtures is done between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
7 - ANIMALS
1 per pitch or rental. Valid tattoo and rabies vaccination, carnet de
to be presented on the day of your arrival.
Dogs of 1st and 2nd category (pitbulls, rotweillers...) are not allowed in the enclosure of the
camping.
Pets are not allowed in the cottages and in some rentals (in rental animals of - de
10 kg only).
Cats are not allowed in the rentals.
8 - ACCESS BRACELETS
Bracelet mandatory from 28/06 to 30/08, giving access to the swimming pool and the activities of the campsite.
9 - SWIMMING POOL - AQUATIC AREA
Access restricted to residents of the campsite. Children are admitted under the supervision of the parents.
10 - PLAYGROUND
Access to the playgrounds is prohibited for children unaccompanied by an adult.
11 - VISITORS
Visitors and guests are required to report to the reception desk and pay a fee that is posted
at the entrance of the campsite. Their vehicle will be parked in the entrance parking lot.
12 - CANCELLATION DUE TO DOLPHIN ALPS
In the event that we have to cancel a stay, the sums paid will be refunded to you
and you will receive compensation equal to the penalty you would have incurred if the cancellation was
if this cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure, you must
will not be entitled to any compensation.
All guests of the campsite are required to comply with the internal regulations. Any violation of this by-law
will likely result in the immediate termination of the rental contract at the tenant's fault,
the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
13 - IT AND FREEDOM
The information you provide us with when placing your order will only be transmitted to
to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by Alpes Dauphiné Camping.
They will only be used by the internal services of Alpes Dauphiné Camping,
for the processing of your order and to strengthen and personalize the communication and offer
services reserved for Alpes Dauphiné Camping customers according to your interests.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access,
rectification, and opposition to personal data concerning you. For that it is enough for us to
