GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•         Bookings can be made by telephone, by post or online via the website www.campingcrinblanc.fr. By making a booking, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and fully and unreservedly accepts the terms and conditions set out herein.
•         The plans and photographs of the accommodation are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. The layout and features of the rooms may vary from one model to another. Please refer to the written description of the accommodation available on www.campingcrinblanc.fr to find out the exact layout and facilities provided in each accommodation unit.
•         A booking only becomes effective once it has been accepted by the campsite, following receipt of the deposit and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the campsite's internal rules when booking online. Bookings only become binding on Camping Crin Blanc once they have been accepted by the campsite. The campsite is free to accept or refuse a booking depending on availability and, more generally, on any circumstances that may prevent the booking from being properly fulfilled. Camping Crin Blanc offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense, and its accommodation is specifically designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that is contrary to this principle or seeks to circumvent it.
•         The booking is personal and non-transferable. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the campsite's prior consent.
•         A booking request without payment, or payment without a booking request, does not guarantee the booking. If the booking deposit is not paid within four days of the booking request, or if the balance is not paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the accommodation available for rental again. If the balance has not been paid 30 days before arrival, the campsite may consider this to be a cancellation of the stay and apply the applicable cancellation terms.
•         Each rental unit and bivouac cabin is subject to a maximum occupancy limit, which may under no circumstances be exceeded. A maximum of 8 people will be accepted for accommodation for 8 people, 6 people for accommodation for 6 people, and 4 people for accommodation for 4 people, etc. (including young children). A baby counts as an occupant even if they do not sleep in a bed in the accommodation.
•         Camping pitches are also subject to a maximum occupancy limit of 8 people. This limit may under no circumstances be exceeded.
•         Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, or provide the campsite with parental authorisation. In such cases, minors staying at the campsite remain under the responsibility of their legal guardian.
•         One vehicle per pitch is included in the booking package. A second vehicle (for rental accommodation only) may be permitted with the manager's approval, subject to an additional charge.
•         Dogs weighing less than 30 kg and kept on a lead are accepted subject to a fee payable at the time of booking. Only one small pet is permitted per rental unit. Dogs belonging to restricted/categorised breeds are not accepted.
•         Group bookings: Any booking of more than 3 accommodation units made by the same individual, or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same purpose and on the same dates, is considered a group booking. Such bookings must therefore be requested in writing in advance at contact@campingcrinblanc.com, clearly stating the purpose of the stay. Management reserves the right to accept or refuse the booking request. Camping Crin Blanc offers family-oriented stays, and group stays must under no circumstances disturb the peace and quiet of the campsite. Special conditions may be imposed, in particular regarding supervision, the location of the accommodation units in relation to one another, or the mandatory purchase of the "final cleaning" option.
•         Any inaccurate declaration or any change that may result in a change to the total cost of the stay shall render the contract null and void, unless otherwise agreed by management.

The campsite and rental accommodation are open from Saturday 3 April 2027 at 4:00 p.m. to Sunday 26 September 2027 at 12:00 p.m.

PAYMENT TERMS

The total cost of the stay is calculated according to the rate applicable for the season.
The balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. Failing this, the booking will be cancelled and any amounts already paid will be retained by the campsite. Any booking made less than one month before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking with Camping Crin Blanc (credit/debit card or bank transfer only).
Payment methods: Camping Crin Blanc offers several payment methods for your booking:
By bank card: payments are fully secure and available for all bookings made through our website (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

For payment of the balance, Chèques-Vacances must be received 30 days before the start of your stay (as evidenced by the    postmark).

By cash: cash payments are only accepted with prior approval from campsite management. A pre-authorisation on a bank card for the amount to be paid in cash must be provided in return.
Bank cheques are not accepted.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
RATES

The campsite reserves the right to adjust its rates in the event of a change in the tourist tax or VAT rate. The rates charged by the campsite are subject to dynamic pricing and may therefore vary throughout the season.
Camping pitch: the basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and campsite amenities, as well as entertainment activities (during high season only).
Booking fees: €25 per booking for rental accommodation and €15 for camping pitches.
Tourist tax: the tourist tax is clearly shown on your invoice. Tourist tax rates vary depending on the municipality and country. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the local authorities and may be increased by an additional departmental tax. The amount of tourist tax may change during the year and may therefore increase or decrease the total cost of your stay.
 

CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY

Any stay interrupted or shortened at the guest's request (late arrival or early departure) will not be eligible for a refund from the campsite management.
If the guest has taken out insurance at the time of booking, it is their responsibility to report any claim to their insurer within the applicable time limit.
Please note that, pursuant to Articles L221-28 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, none of the services offered by the campsite are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. Consequently, any cancellation made by the customer is not eligible for a refund of amounts paid, even if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the booking request.
 

YOUR STAY AT THE CAMPSITE

ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at the campsite, you must report to reception. It is strictly forbidden to access the swimming pool area, set up on a campsite pitch or camp in the campsite car park without first registering at reception during its opening hours, or at the campsite bar/restaurant after reception has closed in the evening in the case of a walk-in arrival without a booking.
During check-in, the information provided at the time of booking will be checked (number of guests, pets, vehicles, etc.). Any additional guest, within the maximum capacity of the accommodation booked, must be declared upon arrival and may result in an additional charge. Camping Crin Blanc also reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with more guests than the maximum capacity of the accommodation booked, more animals than permitted, or unaccompanied minors without prior approval from management.
Pet vaccination records may be requested at any time during the stay. Guests undertake to ensure that their pets' vaccinations are up to date. Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool area and must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. For the comfort of other guests, pet waste must be collected.
Arrivals are between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. (low season) or 7:00 p.m. (high season). Any arrival after reception has closed is considered a late arrival and the guest must contact the campsite to arrange their arrival outside reception opening hours.
For rental accommodation, each unit includes all kitchen and tableware equipment as well as bedding (excluding bed linen and towels unless included in your booking). An inventory will be provided upon arrival. The guest is responsible for checking it and reporting any discrepancy to reception on the same day.
Any complaint regarding the cleanliness or general condition of the accommodation must be reported no later than on the day of arrival, or the following morning in the case of a late arrival, so that the issue can be rectified. No complaints will be accepted after this deadline.

If you do not wish to carry out the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, you may purchase the cleaning option no later than the day after your arrival : €180 for the Grand Mistral; €100 for the premium chalets, Pampa Cabin and Roseau mobile homes; €90 for the other mobile homes, Coco Sweet tents and Maisonnette; €50 for the bivouac cabins and bivouac tents.
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date and have not notified the campsite in writing or by telephone, the accommodation or pitch will be made available again within 24 hours, and any amounts paid will be retained by the campsite.
A security deposit will be required upon arrival by bank card pre-authorisation only. The amount of the security deposit is:
€20 for camping pitches (for the barrier access badge)
€680 for the Grand Mistral
€350 for the premium chalets, Pampa Cabin and Roseau mobile homes
€340 for all other mobile homes, Coco Sweet tents and the Maisonnette
€230 for the bivouac cabins and bivouac tents
A bank card pre-authorisation is a temporary hold. In practical terms, the amount is temporarily reserved or blocked. The pre-authorisation can only be made if the card allows it, the account has sufficient available funds and the card's available limit is sufficient. No key or campsite access badge will be provided without this security deposit. Guests are therefore responsible for making the necessary arrangements to ensure that the pre-authorisation can be completed. If this is not possible, the rental agreement will be considered null and void and no refund may be claimed.

DURING YOUR STAY

Day visitors may only enter the campsite after reporting to reception during its opening hours. They must pay the applicable visitor fee and remain parked in the entrance car park. They do not have access to the swimming pool area.
The campsite restaurant is open to outside visitors, who do not need to report to reception. Dining at the restaurant does not grant access to the swimming pool area, which is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the campsite.
During high season, wearing the campsite wristband is mandatory. This helps strengthen access control at the campsite entrances and exits.
Any form of camping (in a tent or adapted vehicle) is prohibited on pitches occupied by mobile homes, chalets and Coco tents.
Electric vehicles may only be charged at the designated charging stations and charging from any other "standard" electrical connection on the campsite is strictly prohibited. The campsite's electrical network is not designed to support electric vehicle charging and doing so poses a serious fire risk. The campsite reserves the right to evict guests who fail to comply with this safety rule.
Use of the communal sanitary facilities is exclusively reserved for guests who have rented a pitch without private sanitary facilities (Coco Sweet tents, cabins and bivouac tents, or standard camping pitches), unless prior approval has been granted by management.
Use of the service area is exclusively reserved for guests who have rented a standard camping pitch. In particular, it is prohibited to use this facility to wash vehicles or to take water for watering purposes.
DEPARTURE

Rental accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. Floors must be dry, the refrigerator must be defrosted, and the accommodation must be properly cleaned according to the displayed instructions. Any costs incurred for repairs or restoration, as well as any missing or damaged equipment, will be deducted from the security deposit provided by bank card pre-authorisation upon arrival. If the cleaning option has not been purchased and the accommodation is not left in a perfectly clean condition, including the dishes, a cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit: €240 for the Grand Mistral; €130 for the premium chalets, Pampa Cabin and Roseau mobile homes; €120 for the other mobile homes, Maisonnette and Coco Sweet tents; €80 for the bivouac cabins and bivouac tents.
No check-out inspection will be carried out with the guest. The cleaning team will inspect the accommodation once it has been vacated. If insufficient cleaning is found, a charge will be deducted from the security deposit and the guest will be notified by email, with photographs provided as evidence. If the accommodation is returned in the same condition as upon arrival (or, where a cleaning package has been purchased, the instructions provided upon arrival have been followed), the bank card pre-authorisation will be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of departure.
If, following the check-out inspection, any damage or issue requires the intervention of a professional, the bank card pre-authorisation may be maintained beyond 48 hours while awaiting a quotation to assess the cost of the necessary repairs or restoration.
Camping pitches must be vacated before 12:00 p.m.
If the pitches or rental accommodation are not vacated on time, the campsite reserves the right to charge an additional day's stay at the current nightly rate.
LIABILITY AND DISPUTES

All guests are required to comply with the campsite's internal rules, displayed at reception. Guests are responsible for any disturbances caused by members of their party or day visitors on their pitch. Serious breaches of the campsite rules may result in the guest being evicted.
Emergency works carried out by the campsite, public authorities or private individuals nearby, which may cause inconvenience to guests at the campsite, shall not give rise to any claim against the campsite.
The campsite shall not be held liable in the event of theft, fire, weather events, natural disasters, force majeure, interruptions to services provided by external service providers, or any incident falling under the guest's responsibility. Consequently, no compensation may be claimed.
Guests are responsible for taking out their own personal insurance covering:
Their civil liability, including damage caused to third parties.
Loss, theft or damage to their personal belongings during their stay.
Any damage they may cause to the accommodation or campsite facilities.
Guests are advised to check with their insurer that they have the necessary cover under their home insurance policy or through an extension appropriate to their stay. If not, they must take out specific insurance covering these risks.

In the event of equipment being loaned or rented, the guest remains responsible for its proper use and must insure themselves against any loss, theft or damage. The campsite's insurance will under no circumstances cover such incidents.
Minors present on the premises remain entirely under the responsibility of their parents or legal representatives. This responsibility applies both within the swimming pool area and throughout the campsite. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children's safety and supervision at all times.
Compliance with the swimming pool rules is mandatory, in particular regarding approved swimwear. Serious breaches of the swimming pool rules may result in the guest being evicted.
The campsite cannot be held liable for photographs, or false, misleading or inaccurate information published in catalogues or on partner websites by partners or third parties who have stated that they hold the relevant rights, including photographs, descriptions, activities, leisure facilities, services and operating dates.
The campsite endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on its website. However, errors or inaccurate information may occur. The campsite therefore reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice. It cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from such errors.
CONSUMER MEDIATION : In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, the parties will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably. The Customer should submit a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department.If no amicable agreement can be reached, or if the professional fails to respond within a reasonable period of one (1) month, a consumer Customer within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code may, if the dispute remains unresolved, refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator listed by the Commission for the Assessment and Monitoring of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely:
