Liked: Quiet, even in high season. Lovely staff, always a pleasant welcome at reception. They were very accommodating with our booking, giving us 3 adjacent pitches with our son and his family on one side and our daughter and her family on the other. Friendly bar staff and a good choice at the restaurant at sensible prices. Delightful desserts. The swimming pool was perfect for all the children (we had 6 in total) Just over a mile to the beach, but ponies and forest just around the corner. Feeling forest and Dino's park 10 mins by car.

Liked: The swimming pools and overall facilities were a massive hit with both adults and children. The pitches were excellent and and the office were very helpful at the time of booking, putting 2 pitches together for us and the other family we were holidaying with.

Liked: Stayed with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have loved an extra couple of days. All the staff we met were excellent! Very helpful, polite and friendly. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds so need to do the morning towel dash! The shower/toilet blocks were kept really clean all day and plenty of them. Didn’t have to wait for a shower the whole week! Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

I love La Yole!
Liked: Our family have been coming to La Yole for decades! Family friendly. Excellent campsite, excellent staff, every single one of them! Lots to do for every age group, babies, children, teenagers, adults and older. Our large family has every age group, and we all thoroughly enjoy our stay. All the staff will go the extra mile to help. And we have needed help on a few occasions. I thoroughly recommend this campsite. Lovely clubhouse/restaurant with brilliant staff too. I wish we could come and stay more often.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") govern all stay bookings made with Bontempo Village La Yole.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTCS apply to all bookings for camping pitches or rental accommodations made directly with the Campsite, by telephone, email, on-site, or via the commercial website. They prevail over any other document or communication.
ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION
A reservation becomes firm and final only after:
Acceptance of the booking by the Campsite;
Receipt of the required deposit;
Express acceptance of these GTCS.
The Campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking based on availability or for any legitimate reason, particularly if the booking is contrary to the family-oriented nature of the establishment. Reservations are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or sub-let without prior written agreement. Minors must be accompanied by their legal representatives.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCOMMODATION AND PITCHES
4.1 Camping Pitches: The package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for one or two people, and access to sanitary facilities and common infrastructure.
4.2 Rental Accommodations: Accommodations are designed for a maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking. Any additional person may result in refusal of access to the site without a refund.
ARTICLE 5 – GROUP BOOKINGS
Any booking of more than four (4) accommodations, made by one or more persons traveling together, is considered a group booking and must receive prior written agreement from the Campsite.
ARTICLE 6 – RATES
Rates are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and correspond to one night or one week depending on the period and type of accommodation. The tourist tax, set by the municipality, must be paid extra. Applicable rates are those in effect on the day of booking.
ARTICLE 7 – CONTENT OF SERVICES
The price includes exclusively the services expressly mentioned during booking. Unless stated otherwise, the price does not include:
Optional services and paid activities.
Catering.
Ancillary services offered on-site.
Access to certain infrastructures may be restricted or suspended for technical, weather, health, or safety reasons, without entitlement to compensation.
ARTICLE 8 – BOOKING FEES
Booking fees may apply depending on the period and duration of the stay, in accordance with the rates displayed at the time of booking.
ARTICLE 9 – PAYMENT TERMS
9.1 Deposit: For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required.
9.2 Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Failure to pay on time entitles the Campsite to cancel the booking without indemnity.
ARTICLE 10 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 11 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
11.1 Modification: Requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. No carry-over to the following season is accepted.
11.2 Cancellation by the Campsite: Except in cases of force majeure, sums paid will be fully refunded.
11.3 Cancellation by the Client: Must be notified in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained by the Campsite.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost is retained by the Campsite.
Note: Payments made via "Chèques-Vacances" are non-refundable and will result in a credit voucher.
ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of impossibility to perform the stay due to force majeure or administrative decisions (closures, travel restrictions), a credit voucher valid for 24 months or a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable legislation.
ARTICLE 13 – THE STAY
Arrivals are from 3:00 PM for rentals; departures must be completed before 10:00 AM. A security deposit (caution) may be required upon arrival. Late departures may result in the billing of an additional night.
ARTICLE 14 – INTERNAL RULES & BEHAVIOR
Internal rules are available at reception. The client agrees to respect them and behave respectfully toward people and facilities. Grave or repeated breaches (noise, damage, dangerous behavior) may lead to eviction without refund.
ARTICLE 15 – LIABILITY
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Campsite declines liability for loss, theft, or damage. Clients are liable for damage caused by themselves, their party, or their visitors. Any damage will be invoiced, regardless of the security deposit status.
ARTICLE 16 – INSURANCE
The client must hold civil liability insurance. The Campsite declines responsibility for a client's lack of insurance.
ARTICLE 17 – INTERRUPTED STAY
Any stay interrupted or shortened by the client for any reason whatsoever will not be eligible for any refund.
ARTICLE 18 – ANIMALS
Animals are accepted only on camping pitches, under specific conditions (excluding regulated categories), and must be kept on a leash.
ARTICLE 19 – IMAGE RIGHTS
The client authorizes the Campsite to use images taken during the stay for promotional purposes, unless a written objection is submitted in advance.
ARTICLE 20 – PERSONAL DATA
Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Clients have the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their data.
ARTICLE 21 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be reported on-site within 24 hours of the issue. Written complaints after the stay must be sent within 15 days of departure.
ARTICLE 22 – DISPUTES
Complaints regarding non-conformity of services should be addressed by mail or email to the campsite manager or to Bontempo Village La Yole.
ARTICLE 23 – MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, you may:
Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the campsite manager.
