Agréable séjour
Liked: Habitués à séjourner dans ce camping, très bon accueil, mobil home très propre et camping bien entretenu. Cadre verdoyant. Équipe d’animation formidable, merci Anthony et Angelina que nous sommes heureux de retrouver à chacun de nos séjours.
Could be better: Les horaires d’ouverture de l’épicerie car en 15 jours de séjour nous n’avons pas pu pénétrer dans ce local.

Liked: Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du camping au mois de septembre ainsi que la piscine. Le camping est agréable et reposant.
Could be better: À 22 h, l’agent de sécurité s’est approché jusque devant l’escalier de notre mobil-home pour nous demander de baisser la télévision, alors qu’aucun autre vacancier ne s’était plaint. Nous avons trouvé sa façon d’intervenir déplacée et trop intrusive. Il aurait pu nous faire la remarque avec davantage de distance et de courtoisie.

Reservation:
To confirm your booking request you have to pay 30% of your balance.
Rented accommodations booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees. The balance have to be payed 30 days before your arrival.
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
The local tax (0.66€/per person/per night) and ecological tax(0.70€/per person/per night) have to be paid on the arrival.
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.). Booking fees and insurance cancellation (optional, but advised) are never refunded.
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Stay:
In rented accommodations, arrivals from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
The office is open till 8p.m in high season and tll 6p.m in low season.

If you are delayed for more than 48 hours, and if you have not let us know beforehand by letter or by mail, the accommodation will be at the disposal of the camping site Argelès Vacances who will then be eligible to charge you the total rent.
Guarantee:
500€ (350€ equimement and 150€ cleaness) guarantee will be deposit before your arrival on your client area ( the link will be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival). It will be given back on your departure during the reception opening hours and after inventory of fixtures. Any damage will be invoiced and added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees if the accommodation is not perfectly clean when you leave. If you cannot attend the inventory of fixtures, your deposit will be returned electronically within 72 hours. Please take a appointment for the departure.
Fridge: During the inventory at your departure the freezer of the fridge has to be defrosted.
Accommodation: 1 to 10 persons (infants included) according to the type of facilities rented and agreed to in the reservation request as stated in the brochure. VERY IMPORTANT : We cannot accept persons not registered in the contract.
There are pillows at your disposal. Bed linen, covers and towels are not included.
We propose you to hire the bed linen, covers and towels by our reception desk .

Visitors must report to reception. Access is chargeable and depends on the capacity of the establishment.
Animals: one dog (except dangerous dog)per mobil home is allowed at our campsite. Your dog doesn't have to be let alone in the accommodation. You must to pay additional fees.
Swimming pool:
Swimming pool is open from 10a.m till 8p.m The wear of wristbands is compulsory. Young children using the swimming-pool must be accompanied at all times. Individuals are responsible for their own safety while bathing. Everyone is OBLIGED: to wear swimming-trunks or bathing-suits, to leave all shoes outside the swimming-pool and to pass through the foot-bath. There are swimsuits allowed, wear of short and Bermuda are prohibited at the swimming pool.
Gas barbecue are allowed. It's not allowed to smoke inside of accommodation, at the swimming pool and playground.
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment.
The customer is responsible for all the damage occurring of his fact, it belongs to him to be assured.
The campground declines any responsibility in the event of flight, fire, bad weather etc...
You have to respect interior regulations and rules,
otherwise the management reserves the right to an expulsion , without right to compensation.
