TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservation
It is advisable to book your camping pitch or accommodation in advance. Places are allocated based on availability, in order of registration of reservations. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount of your stay must be paid upon arrival.
The rental becomes effective with our consent and upon receipt of the deposit and booking fees. This will be confirmed by e-mail.
- Camping site
In high season, the camping pitches are available from 12 noon and must be vacated before 12 noon. Outside of peak season, we can relax these rules if necessary, so ask us.
Due to insurance regulations, the number of persons staying on a pitch must not exceed 6.
-Accommodations
The accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Departure before 10.00 on the last day. Upon arrival, your stay will be paid, as well as the deposit (cash) received.
Deposit:
A 150 € deposit is required for your accommodation. This deposit will be refunded if no damage, breakage, or loss is found upon inspection prior to your departure from the accommodation.
If the damage is greater, you will receive an invoice for this. You are obliged to pay this within 8 days.
Before departure, the accommodation must be broom cleaned (including under the beds) and the dishes properly done, otherwise an additional € 50 cleaning fee will be charged. Please bag the rented bedding on the terrace and open all windows. Notify the office the day before your departure so that the final check can take place.
If something breaks during your stay, please tell us so that we can repair or replace it as soon as possible.
- Cancellation
A written cancellation is necessary. If canceled up to 2 months before arrival, your down payment will be refunded, except for the reservation costs. If a cancellation is made between two months and two weeks before arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival, the total amount will be charged.
Insurance conditions: We advise you to take out cancellation insurance where your money is reimbursed in case of cancellation. French law applies to the agreement.
- Animals
A maximum of 2 animals are accepted on camping pitches and in rental accommodation. Keep your dog (s) calm. We kindly ask you, but urgently, to clean up your dog's excrement.
All animals must be vaccinated (vaccination document required), tattooed (or microchipped) and kept on a leash. No access to the pool floor, toilet blocks, bar or shop.
- Camping rules
There are a few so that everyone can enjoy their stay. The rules are at the entrance and are available on request. They concern safety, hygiene, animals, and everyone's responsibilities. No noise during the night from 23.00 to 08.00, (remember that in a quiet environment voices can be heard).
Management is only responsible for the valuables deposited in the office safe. The tenant is responsible for the tent or accommodation (in the absence of doors and windows closed).
- Visitors of our guests
Upon arrival, visitors must check in at our office. They are admitted under the responsibility of the residents. It is only possible to stay overnight in consultation with the reception. Their vehicles must be parked outside the campsite. When using the pool, this must be reported in advance. € 6.50 p.p.p.d. calculated.
