1- BOOKING CONDITIONS
Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time when the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a consequential change in the price including all taxes, which the customer accepts without reservation.
2- INFORMATION AND PRICES
The amounts collected, per day and per person over 18 years of age, are provisional. If the amount of tax is increased, the customer will be asked for the additional fee.
• Animal: pets are accepted under conditions (except 1st and 2nd category dogs). They must be tattooed or marked, kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record.
The vaccination card must be presented on site.
Your “four-legged friends” should not be left alone in lodges or tents.
They are welcome in our restaurant (outdoor terrace).
Access to the pool is not allowed, but we have a beautiful location so you can keep an eye on them.
3- YOUR STAY
• Charcoal and high-flame barbecues are prohibited.
Only gas barbecues placed on the terrace and electric are allowed.
We reserve the right to have the planned location if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled date. Payments made will not be refunded.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the floor.
Namely: theft, loss, damage to personal effects (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles...). He must also be sure of the damages that he could cause in the accommodation given for rent or in the establishment, by his own fault or that of his companions.
• The client undertakes to use the rented accommodation without degrading it or disturbing the tranquility of the neighborhood, and will be required to comply with the provisions of the internal rules attached to the booking contract.

This insurance allows you to cancel your stay without charge when you are unable to travel for reasons of illness (including covid-19), death, loss of employment, pregnancy complication, always on presentation of supporting documents.
The amount is payable in full and only at the time of booking.
No cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible for cancellations less than 60 days before the arrival date and for any reason whatsoever.
The events covered are those provided for in the general conditions of the cancellation insurance available on request at the reservations department.
In the event of an open claim, you are required to notify us of your withdrawal and contact NEAT according to the terms described in the general conditions of cancellation insurance and within 10 days following the occurrence of the claim, and providing NEAT with the necessary information and supporting documentation.

This 84m² Grand Lodge offers a romantic getaway for two. Enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) made up upon your arrival, complete with plush pillows. Towels are provided. An indoor lounge area allows you to relax. You'll experience the comfort of a hotel room surrounded by nature.
The rate is for two people and includes breakfast.
The Lodge has a room with a composting toilet; there is no running water.
Your Suite is equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The 15m² covered terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, extends your living space.
You'll find a hammock, two reclining armchairs, and a wooden garden set.
There's also a secluded, private area. A solar shower will keep you cool during the summer.

The 11m² covered extension increases your living space and can be fully enclosed at night.
