RENTED ACCOMMODATION
- The amount of the booking fees for the rented accommodation is 15 euros.
- For reservations made more than 30 days before the date the stay begins, a deposit of 25% of the amount of all the services reserved must be paid when making the reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days before the date the stay begins. For reservations made less than 30 days before the date the stay begins, the full amount must be paid when making the reservation.
- The reservation of rented accommodation is for a minimum stay of one week in July and August.
- The rental accommodation is available from arrival day 3pm to departure ay 11am in hight season and from arrival day 4pm to departure ay 12am in low season.
- On your arrival, we will give you an inventory sheet for verification. To avoid any misunderstanding, inform the reception within 12 hours of anything damaged or missing. Any complaint made after this period shall not be taken into consideration. You shall be responsible for any object that has been broken or deteriorated as well as for any repairs when necessary.
- The maximum number of people in rented accommodation shall be the one provided for in the price list, regardless of their ages. The site reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families with a number of participants that is higher than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
- Our prices include electricity (200kw max/week), water, access of the swimming pool (during period opening), access to toilet facilities and camping infrastructures.
- On your departure, the rented accommodation will be verified. If it is left perfectly clean without any missing or degraded objects, the deposit will be returned to you. If the rented accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee will be charged.
PITCHES
- The amount of the booking costs for the pitches is 15 euros.
- For reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the amount of all the services reserved must be paid when making the reservation. The balance must be paid on your arrival for normal pitches, for pitches with private bathrooms the balance is to be paid 1 month before the date of arrival.
- The basic rate includes a pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to toilet facilities and camping infrastructures.
- The pitch is available from 3pm and left free before 11am in hight season, in low season, it's from 4pm to 12am.
- The pitches can hold a maximum of 6 people, regardless of their ages.
ON YOUR ARIVAL, YOU MUST
- Present your booking confirmation on arrival.
- Pay any possible balances not yet paid.
- Present the vaccination record of your pet (rabies vaccination compulsory)
- For rented accommodation and private sanitary, pay a deposit of 200 euros for the cottage and 60 euros for cleaning by check or credit card.
Guests and all extras must be reported to the reception desk. Only the persons mentioned on the bookings are allowed to stay on site. All campers are obliged to comply with the provisions of the camping site rules.
DELAY AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE RESERVATION
In the absence of a letter with acknowledgement of receipt indicating that you have had to defer the date of your arrival, the pitch will become available 24 hours after the date mentioned in the “booking confirmation”. In any case, no reduction shall be granted for a late arrival or early departure and the company reserves the right to rent the pitch on the first request. The Management reserves the right to change your pitch number or to recuperate pitches for long-term rental.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing with acknowledgement of receipt and sent to Camping “Les Cersisiers du Jaur”. Reimbursement of the amount paid will be made with a deduction for the following:
- More than 30 days before the date of the stay: the deposit will be kept by Camping “Les Cersisiers du Jaur”.
- Less than 30 days before the beginning date of the stay: 100% of the amount of the stay will be kept by Camping “Les Cersisiers du Jaur” .
- In case of cancellation from the side of Camping “Les Cersisiers du Jaur” (except situations outside our control) the full amount will be reinbursed.
A cancellation insurance can be proposed to you by the camp-site in supplement.
DISPUTES
In case of a dispute, the competent court shall be the one on the location of the camping site.
By accepting the booking conditions of the facility, I agree tacitly to receive various offers camping, including email.
