Orris Camp

Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all reservations and stays made at Orris Camp campsite, located at 5 lieu-dit La Blanquete, 11510 Caves, France. Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Reservation and Deposit
Any reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of arrival.

The reservation becomes firm and final upon receipt of the deposit.

No minimum length of stay is required. Single-night reservations are accepted.

Article 3 – Payment Methods
The following payment are accepted:

•       Credit/Debit card
•       Bank transfer
•       Cash
•       Cheque
•       Holiday Vouchers (Chèques-Vacances ANCV)
•       Connect (ANCV Connect)

Holiday Vouchers and Connect are accepted as payment for the full stay (deposit and balance).

Article 4 – Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation by the guest:

•       Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit paid.
•       Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: the deposit is retained by the campsite as compensation.

Article 5 – Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in
•       Bare pitches: from 12:00 noon

•       Rental accommodation (mobile homes): from 3:30 PM

Check-out
•       Rental accommodation (mobile homes): before 11:00 AM

•       Bare pitches: before 11:30 AM

Check-in and check-out at the reception desk is mandatory.

Article 6 – End-of-Stay Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Check-out is self-managed, with no inventory check-in or check-out required.

Two options are available for rental accommodation guests:

•       The guest performs full cleaning of the accommodation before departure.
•       The guest opts for the cleaning service offered by the campsite, charged at €50, payable no later than the day of departure.

In all cases, the accommodation must be left in a satisfactory condition (dishes washed, rubbish removed, personal belongings collected).

Article 7 – Security Deposit
A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival for all mobile home rentals. This deposit is provided by cheque or bank card imprint and will not be cashed.

The deposit is returned upon departure, minus any damage identified. In the event of damage, the campsite reserves the right to cash all or part of the deposit after notifying the guest.

Article 8 – Pets
Domestic animals are welcome at Orris Camp, with the exception of Category 1 and Category 2 dogs (dangerous dogs classified by law).

•       Bare pitches: free of charge
•       Rental accommodation (mobile homes): €25 supplement per animal for the duration of the stay

Animals must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. Owners are responsible for any damage their animals may cause.

Article 9 – Tourist Tax
In accordance with current regulations, a tourist tax is collected on behalf of the Grand Narbonne community. It applies to all guests aged 18 and over and is added to the cost of the stay. Minors are exempt.

Article 10 – Internal Rules
Guests agree to comply with the campsite's internal rules, displayed at reception and available on request. Any serious breach may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Article 11 – Liability
Orris Camp campsite accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance covering these risks.
