All rentals are by name only and may not be transferred under any circumstances. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking, without compensation, on the day of arrival, if the occupants are not those mentioned on the booking contract.

Bookings: Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of the completed booking contract and a 30% deposit. If the contract is not returned within 10 days, the booking will be cancelled. We will then send you a confirmation letter, which is the only real proof that your holiday has been booked. Only the people listed on the booking contract will be able to stay at the campsite.

Payment of balance: The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival for accommodation rental and on the day of arrival for pitch rental.

Late arrival and early departure: In the absence of a telephone message stating that the arrival date has been postponed, the accommodation or pitch will become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated on this contract and the amount will be retained by the campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN. No reduction or reimbursement will be made for late arrivals or early departures. Any stay started is due in full.

Cancellation conditions:
- More than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the booking fee and cancellation insurance will be retained and the deposit will be refunded. If there is no booking fee, a fixed administrative charge of €5 will be retained.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, or if you do not show up on that date, your stay can no longer be changed (date, duration, etc.) and is payable in full.
In the event of cancellation by the campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN, except in cases of force majeure, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded, including booking fees.

Cancellation insurance: An optional 'Holiday Cancellation and Interruption' insurance policy is offered at the time of booking. Our partner MEETCH undertakes to refund all or part of the holiday to holidaymakers who have taken out this insurance, if they have to cancel or interrupt their holiday for reasons beyond their control (illness, serious accident, professional transfer ....).

Pitches : The Comfort, Privilege and Privilege + packages include: a pitch for 1 or 2 people + a camper van or a pitch for 1 or 2 people + a tent/caravan (excluding double-axle) + a car, electricity (a single 6A, 10A or 16A connection depending on and per pitch, multiple sockets prohibited), access to the sanitary facilities and infrastructure. Maximum capacity of 6 people per pitch. Pitches are available for arrival between 12 noon and 7 p.m. and for departure before 12 noon, with each night running from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 12 noon the following day.

Accommodation :
a.) Arrivals vary according to the period: in April, May, June and September they start at 5pm and finish at 11am, while in July and August they start at 4pm and finish at 10am.
b.) Access to the rental accommodation is subject to full payment of the services booked, plus a compulsory security deposit of €350 for the rental accommodation and cleaning.
c.) The €350 deposit covers loss, breakage or damage to the rented equipment. You are responsible for the final cleaning and cleanliness of the premises. The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as it was rented to you, failing which the deposit will be retained (minimum 60€). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. The deposit can be paid by cash or credit card and will be returned no later than 15 days after the departure of the Reserver.
d.) Under no circumstances may the number of tenants be exceeded (see accommodation description). The campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation.
e.) Only one vehicle is permitted per rental. Additional vehicles must be parked in the car park outside the campsite.
f.) Only one dog is allowed per rental (except in unusual accommodation where animals are not allowed). Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation and are not allowed on the beds or sofa (subject to a supplement).
g.) LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED. All beds are equipped with undersheets, blankets and pillows. It is not permitted to use the beds without sheets.
h.) Departures: the accommodation must be vacated between 9am and 10am in July and August and between 9am and 11am in low season. For the inventory of fixtures on departure, you will need to make an appointment at the reception desk the day before departure at the latest. Any unscheduled departure is at the customer's discretion, and the inventory of fixtures will be carried out at a later date by the management. The security deposit will be cancelled or returned by post, subject to the property being returned in good condition.

Fridge hire: For all fridge hire, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €50. The equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was hired, defrosted and cleaned. Please bring a 25 m extension lead to plug in the fridge, as well as something to protect it from the sun and bad weather if it doesn't fit in your tent.

Booking fee: The booking fee is €10 and is non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

Prices : The prices shown are valid for the 2025 season. They are in euros and include VAT.

Tourist tax : The tourist tax introduced by the Communauté des Communes is not included in our prices. It is charged per person over the age of 18 and per day, from 1st January to 31st December.

Image rights: You expressly authorise the PORTE D'AUTAN to use any photographs of you and your children that may be taken during your stay for the purposes of advertising the campsite. If this is not the case, please indicate this on arrival.

Rules and regulations : The customer undertakes to respect the campsite's rules and regulations, which will be posted at the campsite entrance and reception, and to ensure that those accompanying him/her respect them.

Liability: The LA PORTE D'AUTAN campsite cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of any kind during or following a stay, or for the breakdown or disabling of technical equipment. Civil liability insurance is compulsory. No refund is possible if services are cancelled or closed for reasons beyond our control (bad weather, water quality, etc.). The campsite cannot be held responsible for any external events that may reduce or even cancel your stay.

Indoor life
- Swimming pool: Unsupervised, children remain under parental supervision. For reasons of hygiene, only swimming costumes are permitted in the pools (shorts and Bermuda shorts are not permitted). To respect the pool and the quality of the water, please do not wear shoes and do not smoke. The swimming pool is strictly reserved for people staying at the campsite. The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September from 10am to 8pm.
- Children's play area : Children are the responsibility of their parents.
- Pets: Your pet is accepted on a lead at all times, never alone either in a rental unit or on a pitch, on presentation of an up-to-date vaccination certificate. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite. For obvious reasons of hygiene, they must not relieve themselves inside or in the vicinity of the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary facilities. Dogs must not cause a nuisance to other campers, otherwise the Management reserves the right to interrupt your stay. Limited to 2 dogs per pitch and 1 dog per rental accommodation (excluding unusual accommodation).
- Cleanliness: Please respect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp. The toilets are not play areas, so please leave them as clean as you would like to find them. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided, not on the ground. It is forbidden to play in or splash water, or to wash your car.
- Rubbish bins: Put your rubbish bags in the bins at the entrance to the campsite. Don't forget selective sorting!
- Safety: Ground fires, fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited. Barbecues are only permitted in the designated area.
- Silence: There must be complete silence between 10.30pm and 8am. Vehicle traffic is limited to 10km/h and is prohibited within the campsite grounds between 10.30pm and 8am (the access gate is closed between these times).
- Visitors: For safety and insurance reasons, visitors are not permitted on the campsite premises, even for short periods.
