This family campsite, three and a half hectares, welcomes you with sympathy, only 500 m from the center of Lézignan, on the edge of a fragrant pine forest, where you can enjoy a well deserved rest. A stay in this campsite at the middle road of the seaside (Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage) and of the City of Carcassonne, in the heart of Cathar Country you will discover the sights, local produce, wines of the Corbières and Minervois.

Lovely Site - helpful staff
Liked: The pitch with the picnic area was excellent and very handy for the facilities. The staff were super helpful and lent us some swimming caps.

Enjoyable stay
Liked: Good welcome on arrival at reception. Good choices of pitch available to chose from. Site not full. Decent sizes. We wanted an open pitch so we would receive satellite signal. It was seriously hot whilst we were staying but what was nice was there was a constant breeze. The facilities were clean. I would have liked to see a little more general maintenance of the site such as clearing the paths of fallen debris. It was seriously deep in some places and when the wind blew it swirled around! Lidl nearby for shopping and the market was well worth a visit.
Could be better: Generally tidy up everywhere. Didnt see any maintenance whilst we were there.

Liked: Friendly reception / bar employees . close to the centre of town (10 min walk) Dog friendly shady pitches. free access to municipal swimming pool . herbs grown and you are encouraged to help your self (nice touch)
Could be better: it would have been nice to eat at the bar , but as mentioned short walk into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants

Liked: Medium sized campsite with only a 10 minute walk into town for supermarket, restaurant etc. good sized pitches with shade. Only half drive to Carcassonne.

The hirings in season begin between 16h and 19h and finishes before 10h.
Guarantee
A guarantee of 300 € will be deposited with the reception and will be restored after checking of the inventory and the state of cleanliness.
Installment and expenses of reservation
An installment of 25% of the total of the stay, plus 15 € expenses of reservation will be versed with the reservation; the balance at the latest 30 days before arrival. For any cancellation of stay, the expenses of reservation will not be restored. For any cancellation intervening less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival, the installment will not be restored.
Shelf life of the hirings
The hirings will be preserved 24h according to the date of arrival envisaged. At the end of this period, the site ceases being retained and the versed sum remains sure with the camp-site.
Visitors
They are accepted within the limit of the capacity of the camp-site after agreement of the direction. They must station their vehicle outside the camp-site. The access to the camp-site is reserved to our only customers. A control could be carried out constantly.
Domestic animals
The dogs and other animals should not be left locked up in the hiring in the absence of their Masters. They must be held leaves some and being left the ground for their needs.
Departure of hiring in Season
From 8h and before 10h. In the event of departure apart from the opening hours of the office, the guarantee will be restored by mail. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The hiring must be left in a perfect state of cleanliness inside as to the immediate surroundings. Failed housework , optional during the arrival or held on the pledge if mobil home made dirty.
