These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed.

The Ur-Onéa campsite offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense; the accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The Ur-Onéa campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle or that would seek to circumvent it.
The client shall enjoy the premises and the furnishings in a responsible manner. The client acknowledges having read the Internal Regulations and undertakes to comply with them and to ensure that all persons staying or visiting the rented property also comply with them.
Access to the campsite is subject to the compulsory wearing of a permanent access wristband on the wrist.

 
1 – RESERVATIONS
1.1 The reservation becomes effective only after approval by the campsite, upon receipt of the required payment (deposit + administration fees) and the online reservation request submitted via our website www.uronea.com.
The rental is nominative, strictly personal and non-transferable.
Management reserves the right to accept or refuse any contract without providing any explanation.
Any requests expressed by the tenant at the time of reservation will be examined as best as possible, subject to availability. No specific pitch can be guaranteed.
Unaccompanied minors are not accepted. Parental liability waivers are not accepted.

1.2 The tenant must arrive before 7:30 p.m. during high season and before 6:30 p.m. during low season. If unable to comply with these times, the tenant must inform reception by phone or email in due time.
If the arrival date must be postponed, only written notification will be accepted (telephone messages are not taken into account); failing this, the rental or the pitch shall become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated in the rental contract. The deposit and administration fees shall remain the property of Management.

1.3 The full balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival, the duration of the stay being that for which the tenant has committed. No refund or reduction shall be granted in the event of early departure or late arrival.

Any reduction in the length of stay shall be considered a partial cancellation and shall be subject to the cancellation conditions provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
Any extension of the duration of the stay or increase in the number of participants shall be subject to availability and current rates.

Any request for modification of the reservation must be submitted in writing or by email and remains subject to availability.
Only the persons registered on the reservation contract are admitted within the campsite.
Management reserves the right to cancel the contract without any refund in the event of a modification of the dates, the number of participants or the identity of the participants.
Payment of the balance may be made by bank card, cheque, cash or Holiday Vouchers in the name of the contract holder or of one of the participants. Holiday Vouchers Connect are not accepted.

1.4 Any group reservation request must be submitted in writing or by email. It shall be examined by Management, which shall decide whether to accept or refuse it.

 
2 – CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

2.1 Conditions for cancellation of the contract:
A – If the cancellation is made by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay shall be refunded. However, this cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.

B – If the cancellation is made by the client:

1B: In the event of border closures, quarantine measures upon the client’s arrival or return to their home country (for foreign clients), travel restrictions, or confinement of the client’s region, the client shall benefit from a full postponement of the sums paid in the form of a credit voucher, upon presentation of official supporting documentation.
This credit voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for year N or N+1.

2B: For any reason other than those listed in 1B:
– 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the administration fees shall be retained and 30% of the total amount of the reserved stay shall be charged.
– Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of non-arrival on that date, the administration fees shall be retained and the full amount of the stay shall be due.

2.2 We strongly recommend that you take out Cancellation Insurance, which notably covers cases of delayed arrival, early departure, partial or total cancellation, as well as risks related to Covid-19 (quarantine, positive test, requisition by authorities). No refund shall be granted without prior subscription to this insurance.

This “cancellation” insurance may be taken out within your rental contract. This insurance reimburses the cancellation fee that you are required to pay in the event of cancellation of your stay, calculated in accordance with our rental conditions and the clauses of this insurance (see the IPID sheet and the General Terms and Conditions on the website www.uronea.com).

 
3 – RATES AND TOURIST TAX
Rates are subject to change during the season; those in force are available on our website and are valid for the current season. They correspond to one night and are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT.
The amount of the tourist tax may be modified without prior notice by the municipality.

 
4 – SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PITCHES
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 persons, access to sanitary facilities and reception infrastructures.

A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount + €20 in administration fees is required at the time of reservation. The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
A security deposit of €20 is required for the campsite access badge. It shall be returned upon departure.
Arrival days are flexible between 12:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. during high season (2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for pitches with private cabin) and between 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. during low season (2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for pitches with private cabin), according to reception opening hours. Departures take place between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for pitches with private cabin). No departure during the night is permitted.
The minimum length of stay is one week and 12 nights from 14/07/2026 to 24/08/2026. Each pitch may accommodate up to 6 persons.
Pets are allowed provided that they are kept on a leash, tattooed and vaccinated (vaccination record mandatory). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
A supplement applies for a second vehicle, whether it is parked on the pitch or in the parking area.

 
5 – SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RENTALS
Rental accommodations are equipped and designed for 2 to 6 persons depending on the type of accommodation.
A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount + €20 in administration fees is required at the time of reservation. The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
Arrival days are free from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in low season, and from Saturday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in high season, according to the reception opening hours.
Departures take place between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
No departure during the night is permitted.
The minimum length of stay is one week and two weeks from 04/07/2026 to 29/08/2026.
Keys shall be handed over only in the presence of the holder of the rental contract. A detailed inspection shall be carried out to verify the cleanliness of the premises and the inventory, in the interest of all parties.
Two security deposits are required: €300 for the rental and the campsite access badge, and €150 for cleaning. They shall be returned on the day of departure after verification of the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation, which is carried out compulsorily in the presence of the holder of the rental contract (inventory by appointment to be scheduled in advance at reception). Retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof. No departure during the night is permitted. No security deposit will be returned by post.
The rental must be returned in a condition strictly identical to that at the time the keys were handed over.

Pets are strictly prohibited in rental accommodations. Access to the accommodation will be refused to any persons accompanied by an animal, without any refund of the deposit or administration fees.

The installation of tents on rental pitches is not permitted.
A supplement applies for a second vehicle parked on the pitch or in the parking area.

Maximum capacity per accommodation:
– mobil-home Azur 4 persons: 2 adults + 2 children under 10
– mobil-home Océane 4 persons: 2 adults + 2 children under 16
– mobil-home Iris 4 persons: 4 adults
– mobil-home Flores 4/5 persons: 4 adults + 1 child under 16
– mobil-home Marina Grand Confort, Chalet Rêve: 4 adults + 2 children under 16
(One child or baby counts as one person)

In the event of exceeding the maximum capacity, the reservation shall be cancelled without refund.

 
6 – CIVIL LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the camper to take out insurance. The campsite declines all liability in the event of breakage of glass, theft, fire, bad weather, etc., arising from the camper’s responsibility.

 
7 – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Camping UR-ONEA informs its clients that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a predetermined periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

 
8 – ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
It may occur that certain activities and installations offered and indicated in the description appearing in the brochure or on the website are cancelled, notably for climatic reasons or in cases of force majeure as defined by French courts.

 
9 – IMAGE RIGHTS
You authorize Camping UR-ONEA, as well as any person designated by Camping UR-ONEA, to photograph, record or film you during your stay within Camping UR-ONEA and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on Camping UR-ONEA websites or pages – including social networks – on Camping UR-ONEA presentation and promotional media and in travel or tourist guides).
This authorization applies both to you and to the persons staying with you. It is granted solely for the purpose of promoting and animating Camping UR-ONEA and may not in any way be detrimental to your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for an unlimited duration.

 
10 – DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
The information that you provide to us at the time of your order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information shall be considered confidential by Camping UR-ONEA. It shall be used only by the internal services of Camping UR-ONEA for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize communication and service offers reserved for clients of Camping UR-ONEA, according to your centers of interest.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you. To exercise this right, simply send us a written request to the following address, indicating your surname, first name and address:

11 – DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the professional’s customer service department, any client has the possibility of referring the matter to a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written or digital complaint submitted to the professional.
