Liked: Stopover after travelling from uk to Andorra, latest arrival but had good, quick communication with site to allow us in after normal check in hours. Nice clean facilities, didnβt get a chance to use shop or restaurant but seemed popular. Looked like some nice walking and cycling routes buy the river into Amiens.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS 2026 :
Reservations will only be considered after acceptance of these general terms and conditions. All reservations must be confirmed by email by the campsite.
The reservation is strictly personal and cannot be sublet or transferred.
The client agrees to comply with the internal regulations displayed at the reception and available on request.
1. EARLY DEPARTURE / INTERRUPTION OF STAY / NO-SHOW (compared to the dates mentioned in your reservation contract) :
No refund or reduction will be granted. The full stay is due. No refund will be given for any part of the stay not completed. If you have informed the campsite of your delayed arrival, an arrival time will be agreed upon. If not, the campsite may dispose of the pitch or mobile home within 12 hours. In the case of cancellation by the campsite, a refund of the amounts paid will be made.
2. CANCELLATION :
- For rentals :
The campsite offers cancellation insurance as part of the rental contract. Our partner, Gritchen Affinity, agrees to reimburse all or part of the stay only for customers who have subscribed to the Campez Couvert insurance. In case of cancellation, inform the campsite as soon as an event prevents your arrival. If the incident is covered by the terms and conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com), you must notify the insurance within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents. This insurance is optional and must be subscribed to at the time of booking.
Without insurance, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains with the campsite. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the full stay is due.
- For pitches :
The campsite offers the Flex option, allowing free cancellation under certain conditions. You can modify or reschedule your stay up until 12:00 on the day of arrival, subject to availability.
If the cancellation occurs before the start of the stay and 12:00 on the same day, the β¬2 fee for the Flex option remains with the campsite. No refund is possible if the cancellation occurs after 12:00 on the day of arrival. The Flex option can only be added at the time of booking.
Without the Flex option, if you cancel your stay, the full amount is non-refundable.
3. PAYMENT OF STAY :
Accepted payment methods: bank check, French postal check, holiday vouchers, credit card, bank transfer, cash.
Payment terms:
Deposit: 30% of the total amount for mobile homes. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
For pitches, 100% of the total amount is due upon booking.
Sending cash by mail is strictly prohibited. The stay will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
4. ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE :
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For mobile home rentals, a deposit of β¬250 will be required upon arrival. The security deposit can be made via an electronic card imprint or by check.
An inventory will be provided upon arrival. It is imperative to immediately report any anomalies to the reception. No reports made at the end of the stay will be taken into account. The deposit will be canceled within 48 hours after your departure, unless there is damage. The cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
The campsite reserves the right to charge β¬90 if the cleaning is not satisfactory. After verification, the deposit will be canceled, except in the case of damage, in which case the cost of the damage will be deducted.

7. DIVERS:
Dogs (except first and second category breeds) are allowed with a vaccination record and must be kept on a leash. They must not be left alone in the accommodation.
Only minors accompanied by a legal guardian are allowed.
Adding a tent to the pitch of a mobile home is not allowed. The addition of mattresses on the floor inside the rental is not permitted. The number of people cannot exceed the capacity of the accommodation for insurance and comfort reasons.
A pitch reservation includes 2 people and one vehicle.
In accordance with the law, smoking and vaping are prohibited in public buildings and mobile homes.
8. INSURANCE :
Each client must have liability insurance and agrees to comply with this rental agreement and the campsite's internal regulations. The campsite disclaims all responsibility in case of theft at your pitch, parking, or common areas.
9. ACTIVITES :
Any free or paid activity mentioned in promotional documentation may, under certain circumstances beyond our control, be modified or canceled during your visit. Therefore, our responsibility cannot be engaged.
10. PITCHES :
Requests regarding the specific details of a pitch or mobile home will be considered based on availability, but the campsite cannot be held responsible if it cannot meet these requests.
11. IMAGE RIGHTS :
You expressly and without compensation authorize the campsite to use photos of you or your children taken during your stay for the campsite's advertising purposes on any medium.
12. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD :
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the sale of accommodation services provided on a specified date, or according to a specific period, is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.
13. COMPLAIN MEDIATION :
Any complaint regarding non-compliance with the services compared to the contractual commitments must be submitted by letter or email to the campsite manager, explaining the situation and the points in question. If no agreement is reached, a letter should be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the campsite manager in order to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is possible, after exhausting all internal remedies, and after one month from sending this letter without a response, you may use the free mediation service MEDICYS in accordance with Articles L.152-1 of the Consumer Code by submitting a file:
14. RATES:
The rates presented are in euros, VAT included, at the applicable rate at the time of publication. Any change or modification of this rate, as well as any evolution of taxes applicable to your stay, may be reflected in the price of products or services offered under this agreement, with the campsite reserving the right to pass on the cost to the rates presented.
Stays will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking, subject to availability.
It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.
15. TOURIST TAX :
The tourist tax is collected by the campsite on behalf of Amiens MΓ©tropole. It is β¬0.60 per night per person over 18 years old.
16. PERSONNAL DATA :
The information you provide during your booking will not be shared with third parties. This information will be treated as confidential by the campsite and used solely by the campsite's internal services to process your order and enhance and personalize communication and the services offered to customers based on their interests. In accordance with the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, and oppose the processing of your personal data.
