GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any tenancy is nominative and can in no case be assigned or sublet. No excess of the number of persons will be accepted; the maximum number of persons corresponds to the number of persons indicated on each type of accommodation, including children, or 3 persons maximum for the Pod, 4 persons maximum for the Tonneau, 4 people maximum for the Caravan, and 4 or 6 people maximum for mobile homes (depending on the model and the surface area). Under no circumstances should the maximum capacity of the rented accommodation be exceeded. Rental of a bare pitch for tent, caravan or camper: 6 people maximum for a pitch.
The reservation is made taking into account as much as possible your wishes and availability. Minors must be accompanied by a legal officer.
Reservation: for the reservation of the accommodation, a deposit is required: for mobile homes, the Caravan or a bare pitch: the deposit is 30% for stays of 7 nights or more, 50% for stays less than 7 nights, if the reservation is made at more than J-J30, and payment for the entire stay if the reservation is made on D-30. For the reservation of the Tonneau or the Pod, the deposit is 50% of the amount of the stay, if the reservation is made at more than D-30, and payment of the entire stay if the reservation is made at D-30. The booking will only be taken into account and validated upon receipt of the deposit. A voucher is sent by mail or post. 10 € file fee will be added to each stay.
Payment of the balance - Deposit: The balance of the rental is to be paid at the latest one month before the arrival date. For mobile homes and the Caravan, a deposit of € 250 for the accommodation + a deposit of € 70 for the cleaning are to be deposited on arrival, by bank/postal check or cash. For the Tonneau or the Pod, the deposit is 80 €. These bonds will be returned to the tenant if the accommodation is returned in a perfect state of cleanliness: final cleaning carried out: accommodation, dishes, blankets, pillows, miscellaneous equipment, barbecue... and if no breach or damage has been found after inventory and inventory, after deduction of any deterioration, cost of repairs and restoration of the premises. In case of deterioration greater than the amount of the deposit, the tenant undertakes to assume the full amount of the repairs on proof.
The bonds may possibly be returned after the tenant's departure within a period not exceeding one month.
The tenant must provide a certificate of liability insurance upon arrival.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation. The tenant undertakes: to respect the rules of the campsite posted at the reception and to make it respect to all persons residing with him and under his responsibility, to respect the neighborhood and the equipment made available, to respect the rules of the Fitness room and the swimming pool (unsupervised) also displayed and handed over on request; fitness room exclusively reserved for customers of the campsite who have subscribed a night or rental package - Heated indoor swimming pool exclusively reserved for camping guests who have subscribed to an overnight or rental package - unsupervised - open from May to September; in the pool area children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the regulations, swimwear/bathing suit and shower are mandatory for anyone entering the pool area – shorts, bermuda shorts and any other clothing are not allowed. Under no circumstances can the campsite be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay. In case of non-compliance or serious misconduct, the campsite cannot be held responsible apart from its fact. Should an activity or facility be closed for weather, technical or maintenance reasons, no compensation will be due to the tenant. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed at the campsite. A single dog of small size (less than 10 kg) is tolerated in mobile homes, with supplement, kept on a leash, it should never be left alone in the accommodation - vaccines up to date; the vaccination booklet must be presented on arrival. Dog not allowed in the Caravan, the Barrel and the Pod. Cats are not allowed in the rental accommodation.
Cancellation/interruption of stay/rental liability insurance:
The campsite offers cancellation/interruption of stay/rental liability insurance, optional but strongly recommended in your rental contract; its cost is 3% of the total amount of the stay, the contribution must be paid at the same time as the deposit on the reservation (only one payment: deposit + cancellation insurance payable to the Camping des Trois Tilleuls). Indeed, if the contribution is not paid with the deposit at the time of booking, it will no longer be possible to take out this insurance.Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Campez Covered insurance, provided that the circumstances are provided for in the general conditions of insurance indicated on the website www.campez-covered.com or available from the campsite.
In case of cancellation, inform the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event prevents your departure, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by email. If the claim is included in the terms and conditions, advise the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documentation.
Cancellation schedule: cancellation at more than D-30: refund of the deposit to the customer who took out the Campez Covered insurance, cancellation at D-30: refund of the sums paid to the customer who took out the Campez Covered insurance.
For tenants who have not taken out Campez Couvert cancellation insurance: in case of cancellation, the entire stay is due to the Campsite. No refund will be granted in case of cancellation of the stay, in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Mediation of consumption: in case of dispute, you can send a written complaint by Registered Letter with AR to the reception of the Campsite. Method of payment of the rental: secure online payment by credit card (to be preferred for more speed) – bank transfer - holiday checks mentioning the surname, first name and address of the beneficiary. The total cost of the stay includes taxes and charges (water, electricity, gas, VAT, tourist tax), access to the facilities of the campsite: heated indoor pool (open from May to September, unsupervised, exclusively reserved for camping customers who have subscribed to a night or rental package) – fitness room (exclusively reserved for camping customers who have subscribed to a night or rental package), play areas, multi-sport court, trampolines, acro children's course, outdoor fitness, bowling, table tennis, games room: table football, gaming tables, electronic games, etc.
The tenant and the persons staying with him undertake to comply with the regulations and instructions of each activity (sports activities, trampolines, games, swimming pool, fitness, etc.). The rules of the campsite, the rules of the fitness room and the swimming pool are posted at the reception, and handed over to the guests on request; the rules of the swimming pool are posted at the entrance of the aquatic area, the rules of the fitness room are also posted at the entrance of the gym.
Not included in the rental: sheets, towels and table, cleaning, Wifi access, cleaning and dishes at the end of stay.
