GENERAL TERMS OF HIRING
Any reservation is personal and cannot be yielded. The direction of the campsite will be able to cancel the reservation without any refunding if the people are not registered on the contract. The reservation becomes effectives only with our agreement and after reception of you contract of reservation duly field accompany by your down payments and of the fee.
The arrival is possible as from 14:00 to 17:00 and the departure must be carried out before 10:00 on appointment
The balance of the stay have to be payed a month before the date of arrival
The establishment will refuse the access to the family who will come with a number of participant superior than the accommodation capacity
A 300 € guarantee (PLBS) will be charged on arrival (visa or mastercard). It will be cancelled within the 10 days following your departure.
These guaranty will be restitute . But, if there are loss, damage or degradation by the renter, the amount of this deposit will be reduced from the cost of the repair or the replacement.
On his departure, the cleaning of the accommodation should be carried out. On the contrary, a lump sum will be retained on the guaranty.
Any person have to be comply with the campsite's rules of procedure. Any person in visit must be obligatorily declared with the reception.
The animals are accepted (except on the Ecologites) on presentation of notebook of vaccination and their behavior leaves some is obligatory.
Payment accepted with the reception : species, cheques, credit card, holiday vouchers.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
In all the cases, the fee and the down payments of reservations will be retained. When you reserve you can choose an cancellation insurance.
