Terms and conditions

General provisions
The tenant may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the expiration of the rental period initially provided for in this contract unless agreed by the owner.
Use of premises
Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to return the tent as clean as he found it upon arrival. The rental cannot under any circumstances benefit third parties, except with the prior agreement of the owner. The owner will provide the tent as described and will keep it in serviceable condition.
Security deposit (or deposit)
The amount of the security deposit will be at most equivalent to that of the rental. It will be returned to the tenant if the initial inventory reveals no damage and if the cleaning is correctly carried out. In the event of loss or damage to furnished elements caused by the tenant, the amount returned will be reduced by the cost of repair or replacement costs upon presentation of supporting documents by the owner, within two months.
Special cases
If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity indicated on the list or description, and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional tenants, or to charge an increase.
Inventory and inventory
The inventory of fixtures and the inventory of furniture and various equipment will be provided upon arrival. The tenant is responsible for reporting any shortage or anomaly on the day of arrival. If no report is made within 24 hours of arrival, the inventory provided by the owner will be considered validated.
Payment
The reservation becomes firm when a deposit and a copy of this rental contract signed by the customer have been returned to the rental owner. The balance of the rental will be paid no later than the day of arrival at the campsite. If the tenant delays his arrival, he must notify the owner in advance and send him the balance of the rent for the start date of the rental initially planned.
Accepted means of payment are: cash, credit card, bank transfer
Interruption of stay
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not called into question, no reimbursement will be made other than the security deposit (after verification of the accommodation)

Terms of cancelation
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter:
a) before entry into possession: as a general rule the deposit remains with the lessor; however it will be returned if the accommodation could be re-rented for the same period at the same price.
b) If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned in the contract: after 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
- this contract is considered terminated,
- the deposit remains with the owner,
- the owner can have the tent.
c) In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner: the latter will return to the tenant the deposit he received, increased by compensation of 10% of the amount of this deposit.
d) If you take out cancellation insurance, you will need to make a declaration
Insurance
The tenant must check if their main residence contract provides for the resort extension (vacation rental). Otherwise, he must contact his insurance company and request an extension of the guarantee or take out a specific contract under the “resort” clause. An insurance certificate may be requested.
Animals
Animals are accepted within the campsite, kept on a leash, as well as in all our accommodation (except swimming pools)
However, it is forbidden to leave them alone in the accommodation.
