Camping GOH VELIN

Camping du Goh’Velin in Saint Gildas de Rhuys on Rhuys peninsula in the Gulf of Morbihan is at a stone’s throw from the sea. It can accommodate you in mobile homes, caravan, tent or motor home pitches.

OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PITCHES: The package includes the pitch (80 m² minimum) for the tent or caravan and 1 vehicle or campervan, for 1 or 2 people, access to the restrooms and reception facilities, without electricity. 16A electricity is optional (European sockets). A €50 deposit (if check payable to Le Goh Velin) must be provided upon arrival. In July and August, a reservation cannot be less than 5 nights.
RENTALS: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. The tenant must have civil liability insurance. Rentals are equipped with dishes and blankets (provide sheets, pillowcases, and towels). Optional linen kit: Single bed sheet kit €13 - Double bed sheet kit €17 - Single towel kit €9. - Bath mat kit + tea towel €6. - 1-bedroom mobile homes are rented for a maximum of 2 people, 2-bedrooms for a maximum of 4 people, 3-bedrooms for a maximum of 6 people. Management will refuse access to people not included in the contract. Rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday from mid-june until the campsite closes. Uncashed deposit of €320: 1 check for €250 (any damage) + 1 check for €70 (cleaning deposit) payable to Le Goh Velin required upon arrival, or €320 by credit card. 1 car per pitch -- It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent on the mobile home pitches. REGARDING MINORS: For safety, health, and liability reasons, minors unaccompanied by their parents or grandparents are not permitted.
VISITORS: All visitors are the responsibility of their hosts; they must notify their presence at reception and pay the applicable fee.
PAYMENT TERMS: For accommodation reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is 25% of the rental amount (no booking fee in 2025). The balance must be paid 30 days before the date of stay. For reservations made less than 30 days before the date of stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking. For campsite reservations, the deposit is €170 (there's no booking fee ) or the entire stay if the amount is less than €170. The deposit and booking fees must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid by noon the day before departure. Any booked and shortened stay is due in full.
PET: Pets are only allowed on a camping pitch basis at a cost of €3.50/day. They must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted near the restrooms, the pool, or the bar. Up-to-date vaccination records are required. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Pets are not permitted in rental properties (mobile homes).
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Campsite: From 05/07/25 to 30/08/25, arrival between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and departure before 11:45 a.m. Other dates: arrival between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and departure before 11:45 a.m. Rentals: from 05/07/25 to 21/09/25, arrival between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Other dates: arrival between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., departure between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Late arrival possible on request. Deposits: see PITCHES and RENTALS. The rental must be returned in a good state of cleanliness, otherwise a full cleaning will be charged €70 including VAT, the cleaning deposit will then be cashed. Any broken or damaged items may be charged. Arrival inventory: the inventory sheet must be returned within 24 hours. Appointment according to availability for the exit inventory (handing over of keys). TOURIST TAX: Applicable throughout the opening period and calculated per person aged 18 and over, per night: €0.60 /over 18 years old /night
MODIFICATION OF YOUR RESERVATION: Changes can be made less than 45 days before arrival, subject to availability. Whether camping or renting, any interrupted stay will not be refunded; the entire booked stay will then be charged and due. Cancellation insurance application form is attached and also available in PDF format on our website.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation insurance proposal is attached to this document or in PDF format on our website. All cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the campsite. In the event of cancellation 60 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. In the event of cancellation between 60 and 45 days before the arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be charged; between 45 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged; and 30 days or less before arrival, the entire stay will be charged and due to the campsite.
MEDIATION: In accordance with the provisions of Article L 1612-1 of the French Consumer Code, all campsite guests have the right to consult a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve any disputes they may have with the campsite operator. RECEPTION AND SERVICES: In July and August, the reception team is available to answer any questions you may have from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Available: mail service, local newspaper, washing machine and dryer tokens, laundry detergent, and bread and pastries for the following day. The TV room, games room, bar, and grocery section are open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Except in July and August, reception and the bar are open from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closed Wednesday afternoons).
WASTE: Please sort your waste! Semi-underground containers (Household Waste, Recycling, and Glass) are located opposite the campsite entrance. A composter (exclusively for green waste) is available between the restrooms and the pétanque court.
POOL: Heated aquatic area open from April 4 to September 20, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (except during the off-season, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). Swimming is not supervised. Parents must supervise their children. Please respect the instructions posted at the pool entrance. Swim shorts are prohibited. The pool is accessible only to Goh Velin guests (you must wear a campsite ID bracelet).
PROHIBITED: Driving or making noise between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. (overnight parking and spaces outside the campsite) - parking on another site - driving faster than 15 km/h - Electric barbecues are prohibited (charcoal and gas are permitted). The campsite is very quiet and has one direct neighborhood; therefore, celebrations or noisy gatherings are not permitted.
