Lovely small quiet campsite with pool on north brittany coas
Liked: Lovely friendly owners, showed both semifinals of world cup in the bar, not just the French match. Clean modern sanitaires. Push button showers, but you can alter the temperature and long time on push button. Good for cycling. Food trucks every night and fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Lovely small pool, not too overcrowded. Good shop and variety of drinks in bar. Food waste bins.

Clean and tidy but cramped pitches.
Liked: Clean sanitary block, clean pool, helpful management, lovely area. Great that bread and pastries could be ordered daily.
Could be better: Bigger pitches needed as it felt very cramped. Easier access to electric points needed. The bar could be open for longer than 2 hours, especially into the evening. The pool is small.

Liked: Spacious pitches. Good cycling around the area. Very friendly staff.
Could be better: Obviously coming up to the end of the season. Pool, epicerie and bar closed. Only two toilets available and showers cold. We were not informed of any of this when we arrived. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Bizarrely the children’s bouncy castle was up, despite there being no children on the site!!!! A bit disappointing.

Between Perros-Guirrec and Carantec, in a park-like 2.5h. setting, nestling in the Bay of Morlaix, at the seaside, the campsite Baie de Terenez*** will receive you in its leafy and restful setting for a pleasant stay.
INFORMATION AND GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
It is strictly forbidden to plug a hybrid or electric vehicle into a socket that is not specifically designed for this purpose anywhere on the campsite.

Low season: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
High season: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm
For all bookings, the contract must be made out in the name of the tenant. Under no circumstances may the tenant sublet or transfer their rights, failing which the contract will be terminated. The tenant must comply with the campsite’s internal regulations.
A deposit of €50 + €6 booking fees (July and August), non-deductible and non-refundable, is required for all bookings.
Cancellation:
More than 60 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded.
Between 60 days and 1 day before the arrival date: the deposit will be retained.
Any change to the arrival date must be reported and can only be made subject to availability of pitches.
In the event of non-arrival at the campsite within 24 hours of the scheduled start of your stay, without justification and/or notice of your arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate your accommodation. Fees will be retained in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
Rental Accommodation:
The rental is strictly for personal use. The tenant may under no circumstances sublet or transfer their rights under this agreement, failing which the contract will be terminated. The tenant must occupy the accommodation and comply with the campsite’s internal regulations. The tenant must inform us of any possible delay in arrival. No refund will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Pets:
Only domestic animals kept on a leash and subject to a daily fee are accepted. They must never be left alone in the accommodation.
Booking:
The rental becomes effective upon receipt of the dated and signed contract, accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the rental amount + €12 booking fees. The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
A security deposit of €300 by bank card only must be provided upon arrival when the keys are handed over. An inventory check will be carried out at departure; the deposit will be cancelled within 48 hours after departure. The deposit will only be returned or cancelled after our cleaning team has inspected the accommodation, provided there is no damage and cleaning has been properly carried out.
A flat fee of €70 or €80 will be charged if cleaning is not done or deemed insufficient. For departures outside reception opening hours, the key must be left in the mobile home and the inventory check will be carried out by our staff.
Arrival / Departure:
Arrival between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Departure no later than 10:00 am
Rentals are on fixed arrival days only in July and August. Outside this period, arrival days are flexible.
Cancellation:
More than 90 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded minus booking fees.
Between 89 and 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit is retained.
Between 29 days and 1 day before the arrival date: the full amount of the stay will be due.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, offered at the time of booking.
The swimming pool is strictly reserved for campsite residents. Swimming shorts or bermuda shorts are strictly forbidden.
Electric barbecues are prohibited.
All visitors must report to reception upon arrival.
Jurisdiction Clause:
In accordance with Article L 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any campsite customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with the campsite operator.
Any complaint following a stay must be submitted in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days following your stay.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Morlaix or Brest.
