Reservation conditions
Pitch:
The price includes access to the sanitary block and facilities.
Accommodation:
It is forbidden to smoke in the rental. Rentals are fully equipped with dishes, duvets (provide sheets and pillowcases). The package is 4 to 9 places depending on the type of accommodation. The installation of a tent on these sites is not allowed.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families with a number of people superior to the number stated in the contract.
Terms of payment :
For the accommodation : 25% of the price is due when booking, the balance 30 days before arrival, without recovery. For the camping pitches : 90 € (or amount of the stay if <90 €) are due when booking, the balance on arrival. Your booking is effective only on receipt of the booking contract with the amount due. Without paying the balance on time, the site reserves the right to cancel your reservation, the deposit previously paid will not be refunded.
Animals:
Your pet is allowed on the site (except dog categories 1 and 2) return for a fee and provided it has been stated at the reservation, not to disturb the peace and security of residents to respect the hygiene rules. It must be kept on a leash at all times under the supervision of his master. It is not allowed to home, in the sanitary block and the playground and must not remain alone in the camp. The vaccination record update must be presented at any time.
Arrival and departure:
The pitches are available from 2 PM and must be released before noon.
Rented accommodations are available from 4 PM and must be vacated no later than 10 AM.
For rented accommodation, a deposit of 300€ will be required, payable on arrival. This deposit is not a limitation of liability, you must be insured for liability.
The rented accommodation will be rendered in a perfect state of cleanliness, inventory verified. If you would like, you can take advantage of our cleaning offer (60€). Any object broken or damaged will be your responsibility as well as the restoration of the site if necessary. When the mobile home has been checked and the keys handed in, the deposit will be returned within 15 days less any costs of rehabilitation and the value of missing.
Inventory:
On arrival, we will give you an inventory sheet to check. To avoid any misunderstanding, tell the front desk within 4 hours of arrival, any possible discrepancies. No claims made later can be taken into account. The inventory will be checked by us after your departure.
Vehicle:
One vehicle is included in camping and mobilehome location. Additional vehicles must be declared and the corresponding surcharge paid to the home later in the day of arrival.
Campsite Rules: All visitors must report to reception upon arrival.
All clients must comply with the campsite regulation. In case of breach thereof, the campsite manager may, at his initiative, terminate the contract. Children should always be supervised by their parents.
Campers are asked to take usual precautions to protect their property and equipment.
Changing your reservation:
Changes regarding your reservation can be made for 60€ subject to availability. For the accommodation rental, any changes during the stay (people) should be reported to the reception.
Interruption of residence and unused benefits:
Any stay interrupted or shortened by you (late arrival, early departure) will not give rise to a refund.
In the case of a late arrival, and after 24 hours without news, the booking is cancelled and payments are forfeited to the campsite.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. More than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained. Less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, all payments will be kept.
Cancellation insurance exists, you can contact your insurer.
Cancellation by the campsite: In case of cancellation due to the campsite, except in cases of absolute necessity, payments will be fully refunded.
Tourist Tax:
Tourist Tax applicable from the 1st of April to the 30th of September for every person aged 18 and over (0.66€ per day/pers in 2025) + 0,55€/day/pers for household garbage.
Case of dispute: In case of dispute and lack of mutual agreement, the Civil Court will rule.
