BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be sublet.
2. The deposit must be paid upon receipt the rental agreement and attached to the copy to be turned. It will then be deducted from the amount of the invoice. Upon receipt of the signed contract and the payment of the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation.
3. In case of delay on the expected date of arrival, please notify us: in the absence of a written letter or email from the tenant stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the site becomes vacant. 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract and full payment for the services remains required.
4. PITCHES : Arrival 1.00 pm – departure 12.00 pm
a) The balance for the stay must be paid 30 days before the date of the arrival.
b) No reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival, an early departure or change in the number of people and facilities announced (whether for all or part the planned stay).
c) The days, facilities and additional people will be paid on the day of the arriva
5. ACCOMODATIONS LETS : Arrival 4.00 pm – departure 10.00 am
a) The accomodation must be vacated between 8.00 am and 10.00 am on the day of departure. Observations concerning the rental must be reported to reception no later than the day after arrival.
b) The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before the date of arrival (under penalty of cancellation of the rental). No reduction will be granted in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
c) The Mobil-homes or furnished tent are rented for a given number of people.
d) The Mobil-Home or furnished
tent will be left in the same state of cleanless as on arrival. Failing this, the client will have to pay a lump sum of cleaning (MH: 80€ - Tent : 50€). Any damage and missing item will be charged to the client.
e) As a guarantee of the provisions of article 5d, a deposit of € 200 by credit-card per credit card print will be requested from the tenant upon arrival and will be destroyed after his departure, unless the management decides after the inventory made by our teams. No inventory will be made
in the presence of the tenant. This deposit is not a limit of liability. In case of early departure outside office hours,
the deposit cheque will be returned by mail to the tenant or the deposit card will be deleted after inspection of the premises.
6. LATE CHEK-OUT : Late chek-out is available only during the low season,subject to availability. Please check with reception.
7. The tenant must comply with the provisions of the campsite’s internal regulations, it can be provided to you on request and is displayed at reception.
8. VISITORS : To ensure everyone’s safety, comply with the terms of in insurance policy, and preserve the peace and quiet of the campsite, visitors aren’t permitted within the campsite. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Insurance cancellation : It is recommended to sign an insurance (assurance) cancellation.
- The insurance premium must be taken out and entirely paid in full when booking the stay and is not refundable. - In the event of a sinister, you have to
inform the company in 5 days following the sinister.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email and cannot be accepted by telephone.
Refunds are only available in the event of serious illness, accident, death of a close relative or redundancy, upon receipt of valid supporting documents.
Refunds of the deposit :
- More than 60 days before arrival: 90%
- 60 to 45 days before arrival: 50%
- 45 to 30 days before arrival: 25%
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund. Booking fees are non-refundable.
10. During your stay, photographs, movies of you or your children could be taken for the advertising needs of the campsite. In case of refusal of your part, thank you to notify us by registered letter before your arrival.
11. Swimming Pool : Swim briefs or swim trunks are required. Board shorts and burkinis are not permitted.
12. Pets : Dogs and cats are welcome, except for Category 1 and Category 2 dogs. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed on camping pitches only.
Pets are admitted upon presentation of a valid, up-to-date vaccination record. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the campsite.
Pets are not permitted inside the sanitary facilities. Please help keep the campsite clean by cleaning up after your pets and respecting the campsite environment.
13. Minors : Unaccompanied minors are not permitted on the campsite unless accompanied by an immediate family member.
14. Complaints : Any complaint following your stay must be submitted in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days of the end of your stay.
15. Personal Data: The information you provide may be used by Camping Des 3 Lacs for booking management and commercial communications. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please notify us in writing. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
