GENERAL CONDITIONS of CAMPING LE VERGER DE JASTRES

RESERVATION:

Reservations are made with the booking form either online or paper, after agreement of the Camping and subject to availability.

Upon receipt of your reservation and your deposit, you will receive, according to available places, a booking confirmation. Any rental is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or rented. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or adults (a certificate of agreement from the parents will be requested).

The number of persons occupying a rental may not exceed the maximum capacity authorized.

PAYMENT TERMS :

1 - Camping pitch, deposit 30% of the total stay, to be paid at the time of booking.

2 - Rental and private sanitation, deposit 30% of the total stay, to be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable one month before arrival. When booking, less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Arrivals are from 3pm to 7pm, a late arrival fee of 30€ between 7pm and 9pm and 50€ between 9pm and 10:30pm will be applied. No arrival will be made after

22h30. ARRIVAL DELAYED - EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of delayed arrival or early departure from the dates mentioned on your reservation, no refund will be made. CANCELLATIONS:

DAMAGE :

The equipment and facilities of the campsite must be used according to their ordinary destination. Any degradation of the premises, loss or destruction of the movable elements that lodge the accommodation or common access buildings automatically entails the responsibility of its author. DOMESTIC ANIMALS:

RULES OF PROCEDURE DISORDERS AND NUISANCES:

RESPONSIBILITY :
