Camping L'Ardéchois

Camping L'Ardechois is the pre-eminent family camping. Located in the calm, protected, and enchanted surroundings of the Eyrieux's valley, the camping is especially suited for nature-loveurs.
The camping is set 8 kilometers from the nearest village Saint Sauveur-de-Montagut.

The camping is situated in a sunny ans shaded park, adorned with flowers. The area consist of 37 acres, of which the camping contains 5 acres.

BOOKING CONTRACT

General:
1. Your stay at L'Ardechois Camping means that you agree to accept and comply with the internal rules and the
cancellation policy.
2. The booking is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to any third party.
3. The reserved period is always due to the guest. Regardless of the circumstances, the residence dates
mentioned in the reservation form will be charged. In no case a refund will be made. Neither upon
cancellation nor upon delayed arrival, neither in early departure nor in forced early departure. The campsite
has the right to assign the pitch or rental to another guest.
4. When the booked slot is not occupied by the client 24 hours after the date booked, or if late arrival is not
notified, the management reserve the right to relent the reserved place and the total deposit will be retained.
5. Subject to availability, you can indicate your choice for a camping pitch, rental or adjacent pitches. The
campsite reserves the right to change a customer's pitch or rental for booking management reasons, in case of
an act of god or for provisional unavailability.
6. It is compulsory to wear swimming trunks in the swimming pool and the wearing of shorts is strictly
forbidden.
7. BBQ on charcoal and any kind of open fire are NOT allowed.
8. By signing the booking contract you accept the booking conditions. As soon as your booking confirmation
form plus the total deposit has been received, you will receive a written confirmation of booking.

Cancellations:
1. In case of cancellation, the booking fees and the down payment will be kept by the campsite, as a
compensation for breach of contract.
2. In case we receive a written cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, all paid amounts will be kept by the
campsite.
3. No reductions will be allocated in case of a late arrival or an early departure.
4. The campsite recommends you to take out cancellation insurance. In order to do so, you can contact your own
insurance company
5. CORONA conditions: These conditions only apply when you cannot travel because of government
restrictions applied in connection with corona. In that case you can rebook your stay for free to 2022, or you
can reclaim your payment minus the reservation costs. Please note, this only applies to restrictions imposed by
the government (code orange counts for us in this)! If you want to cancel while you are permitted to travel to
the Ardèche and we can and may receive you, the cancellation conditions stated above apply stand. In that
case paid amounts will be lost.

Campsite:
1. A deposit of € 123.00 is demanded.
2. The balance of your stay has to be paid on the day of your ARRIVAL.
3. The price includes 2 persons, caravan/tent, 1 car, electricity
4. Arrival after 2pm, departure before11.30 am.
5. Taxes: 0.61euro per person per night from 18 years old

Rental:
1. A deposit of 25% of the total amount + € 23.00 booking fees + End of stay cleaning € 42,50 is demanded.
2. The balance of your stay must be payed at latest SIX WEEKS before your arrival.
3. Prices includes water, electricity, gas, heating, 1 car.
4. Arrival after 4 pm, departure before 10 am.
5. The rented must be left neatly. The dishes are washed and dried in the cabinets and the garbage disposal is
discarded. If this is not the case, an increase in the cleaning fee will be charged. This will be deducted from the
deposit.
6. Taxes: 0.61euro per person per night from 18 years old
7. At arrival you will have to pay a deposit of € 150.00 wich you will be returned after inspection.
8. An compulsory amount of € 42.50 will be charged for cleaning.
9. Smoking in the rental is not allowed
