Payments
All the prices stated on this website has VAT and additional fees included, unless something else is stated.
The payment can only be done using one of the following credit cards, Dankort, eDankort, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro or JVC. An additional transaction fee for these cards will not be added.

Shipping and delivery
You will by the end of the booking and payment of either a cottage or caravan, receive a booking confirmation containing an overview of any given accounts. The delivery of the ordered product or service will be delivered at Sejs Bakker Camping on the day of arrival. The purchase will end at the day of departure from Sejs Bakker Camping. Both the day of arrival and the day of departure are stated in the above-mentioned booking confirmation.
Right of cancellation and refund:
You have the possibility to cancel your booking according to the following conditions. If you cancel your booking prior to paying the deposit, it is free of any charges. If you cancel after you have paid the deposit you loose the deposit. Later than 14 days before the lease you loose the whole price of the stay. We recommend you make your own cancellation insurance.
Online security:
Sejs Bakker Camping will store your name, address, phone number, email address and any additionally given information in their customer database. None of these information's will be passed on, but Sejs Bakker Camping will keep the information's internally.
Treatment of complaints
Any complaints regarding your booking procedure, the booking itself or your stay at Sejs Bakker Camping, must happen within reasonable time after the problem or concern arose. Please ensure, that you have read the booking confirmation carefully before you accept your payment. Any complaint can happen either in writing or verbally. 1 year after your stay at Sejs Bakker Camping, your right to complain expires according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act §83, stk. 1, unless anything else has been agreed. Sejs Bakker Camping will process any complaint as quickly as possible. Sejs Bakker Camping will decide if any given product should be either reimbursed or exchanged, or if any price reduction can come to pass.
