Terms and Conditions

Domaine de l'Eau Rouge S.A. (located at Cheneux 25 - 4970 Stavelot)

1. RESERVATION

When buying from a distance (ie via telephone, internet or mail) the right of withdrawal applies within the EU, also known as the reflection period. This right of withdrawal does not apply when you rent a pitch or accommodation at a recreation company. This means that the reservation you make is legally definitive. An agreement will be concluded between you and the recreation company at the moment that you receive the written confirmation with invoice from the recreation company.

2. THE CAMPING PLACE

For camping pitches you can stay with tent, trailer tent, camping car, caravan or camper, unless otherwise indicated.

Caravans and campers wider than 2.5m or longer than 8m (including drawbar) are not permitted.

A maximum of 1 tent (max 2x2 meters) can be set up on a camping pitch. Permission is required for this and an additional charge applies.

3. PREFERRED

The recreation company tries as much as possible to take into account the wishes and preferences of the consumer.

When you book a place with preference, it becomes final upon receipt of the written confirmation with invoice from the recreation company.

The registration of a place number is only valid if preferred costs have been paid for this.

4. PAYMENTS

The renter must pay the deposit stated in the booking confirmation within 14 days. The remainder must be paid before or on arrival.

When making a reservation within 14 days, the total amount due must be paid simultaneously with the reservation.

If the payment terms are exceeded, the recreation company reserves the right to charge administration costs and / or to cancel the reservation.

5. PRICES

The prices for a given year will remain unchanged during that year, subject to possible misprints, unforeseen VAT surcharges, levies and government surcharges and actual obvious mistakes. On the website (www.eaurouge.nl) of the camp site itself, you will receive a quote on your screen during the booking process. Although these prices have been placed with the utmost care in the system, the recreation company reserves the right to return to a quotation. The total price becomes final after receipt of the written confirmation with invoice from the recreation company.

Prices include VAT.

6. DEPOSIT

Rental accommodation: The recreation company has the right to charge a deposit for renting an accommodation. On departure the deposit will be refunded, provided the rental accommodation is left tidy and clean, no inventory is missing and no damage has been made to the accommodation or the inventory.

Rental articles: The recreation company can also charge a deposit for renting products. The deposit will be refunded at the time that these rental items are returned undamaged.

7. CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS ALREADY CONFIRMED

On changes that involve a partial cancellation (eg reduction of the

reserved period), the cancellation conditions for that part

application.

Modification costs may be charged for all changes.

8. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1. In the event of cancellation between the date of the booking confirmation and 6 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total rent + reservation fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation between 6 weeks before the arrival and 2 weeks before arrival 90% of the full rent + reservation costs will be charged.

In case of cancellation between 2 weeks before arrival and the day of the arrival itself, the full rent + reservation costs will be charged.

In case of earlier departure or upon later arrival than reserved, no refund of payments made will take place.

You must cancel in writing.

9. CANCELLATION FUND

Connection to a cancellation fund is advised.

10. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The arrival and departure times can be found on your reservation confirmation, which you will receive directly from the recreation company.

Camping: On departure the campsite must be left vacated and clean.

Rental accommodations: Immediately after arrival you should report any imperfections and / or missing inventory at the reception of the recreation company. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left tidy and clean.

11. VEHICLES

During the rental period, which is mentioned on the booking confirmation, you have

permission to enter the premises of the recreation company with a vehicle.

One vehicle is permitted per pitch or rental accommodation.

The vehicle must always be parked at its own place.

It is forbidden to park on the roads of the campsite.

Motorized traffic is not allowed between 11 PM and 7 AM.

An additional vehicle is only possible after permission and payment of an additional charge.

12. VISITORS

Visitors to campers must report to the

reception of the recreation company.

Visitors pay a visitor rate if they use the pool.

The tenant is at all times responsible and responsible for his visitors.

The tenant ensures that visitors respect the regulations and conditions.

Visitors may not stay overnight free of charge.

Visitors must leave the park before 23:00.

13. PETS

Depending on the accommodation or period, rules apply to pets.

Pets must always be on a leash.

The hygienic walks of dogs should be done outside the campsite.

Pets are not allowed in some buildings (including the sanitary buildings).

It is not allowed to leave pets without supervision.

The owner of the animal is liable for any damage or contamination.

The owner must also ensure that the presence of his pet does not disturb other guests.

14. CONNECTION OF ELECTRICITY

It is not allowed to connect large-scale electrical appliances that have been brought along to the campsite's electricity network.

High-consuming appliances include: all forms of electric heating, air conditioning, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, etc. In case of disagreement, the final decision is always at the leisure company.

15. SWIMMING POOL

The access to the swimming pool is reserved for tenants of an accommodation or pitch and any visitors (paying) who own it

are a proof of payment.

The swimming pool regulations (see entrance to the swimming pool) must be strictly observed.

The use of the pool is at all times at your own risk.

16. LIABILITY

The recreation company can not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to or by users of the accommodation or camping site offered via the recreation company, however this damage or injury was caused.

Participation in the activities organized by the recreation company or by third parties is entirely at your own risk.

Statements by employees of the recreation company, in any function whatsoever, concerning the liability of the recreation company, do not bind the recreation company.

Tenants are jointly and severally liable for damage to the properties of the recreation company

17. BEHAVIORAL RULES

Between 23.00 and 07.00 it should be quiet at the recreation company.

Campers or users of a rental accommodation or their visitors or their visitors must respect the rules of conduct and regulations which the manager wishes to observe by the guests present on his premises.

Campers or users of rented accommodation that cause annoyance or nuisance can, after a warning from the accommodation or from the recreation company be removed, without refund of payments.

Campfires and / or other open fires are never permitted.

Every guest and or visitor must adhere to the rules of procedure which can be found at the reception.

18. DISCOUNTS

Discount is calculated over the basic rental price (not to be booked / additional extras, tourist tax, electricity costs or final cleaning costs).

Discount only applies to new reservations.

Discount does not apply in combination with other offers.

Price changes reserved.

Subject to printing and typesetting errors.

19. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

The recreation company assumes that its guests agree that visual material on which the guest is recognizable or not can be used for various expressions from the leisure company.

If the tenant objects to the use of certain visual material - on which you, your family members or one of your guests are recognizable in the picture - the tenant can make this known in writing and the recreation company will, as far as possible, remove the visual material or make the persons concerned unrecognizable.
