For your comfort and safety, the campervan is covered by a comprehensive insurance package that includes third-party liability, full vehicle coverage (Autocasco), roadside assistance across Europe and personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers. Roadside assistance is available in case of breakdown, accident or technical issues during your trip. The insurance protects both the vehicle and its occupants so you can travel with peace of mind. In the unlikely event of damage requiring the Autocasco insurance, the renter’s financial responsibility is limited to a deductible of 500€ per incident. If you have any questions about the insurance coverage before or during your trip, we are always happy to help.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
