Insurance

I, the Client/Renter, hereby declare that the Lessor/Owner informed me very clearly about the vehicle and all the functions of the vehicle, and that I understood everything. Lessor/ Owner specifically warned me to be careful when using the awning and all the windows because they are very sensitive (to rain and wind) and can easily be damaged. He underlined which are the dimensions of the vehicle, and that I really have to pay attention to the tree branches because all the scratches caused by branches and trees are considered damages. If the awning cannot be closed or it closes with great difficulty and resistance, it shall be considered damaged. I was warned that, should any damage occur, I must IMMEDIATELY report to the Lessor/Owner and Police. That I am to wait for Police and not leave the case of accident without a police report. When the accident accures I am to send what is damaged (submit photos by email, Viber, WhatsApp), otherwise the Lessor/Owner has the right to charge additional compensation for the damage (to cover emergency and higher shipping costs for the needed parts, for the potential loss of rental days or the entire rental period if the vehicle is not ready for the next client). If the vehicle is used to travel to a music festival, I hereby give up the Damage Deposit in favor of the owner. I will observe the maximum speed limit of 100km/h. I am aware that the vehicles are being monitored. I also understand that I am not allowed to do any repairs without the knowledge and consent of the Lessor/Owner, and that in case of any attempt to hide or camouflage the damages, the Lessor/Owner has the right to keep and not refund the entire amount of the Damage Deposit. When I return the camper, my duty as a Client/Renter is to report immediately all new damages. All unreported damage may be considered concealment and camouflage of the incurred damage. When I return the camper, the interior will be clean, the luggage packed and the vehicle ready for handover. I will pay special attention to the cleanliness – WC cassette, stove, fridge, mattresses, seats. I am familiar with the pricelist for cleaning and repairs. When I return the vehicle, I will present an invoice for fuel /EURODIESEL from the nearest gas station ( 3km from the depot) or from the nearest station to the handover location (airports). With my signature I confirm all of above, and that a full functional and clean vehicle was handed over to me, that everything functions in the vehicle, and that I am fully aware of rental terms and conditions which I will also observe.

Roadside assistance

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
