Le locataire doit être âgé de plus de 30 ans et doit pouvoir justifier d'une expérience de conduite automobile de minimum 10 ans. Il doit en outre pouvoir attester qu'il a eu maximum 1 accident de la circulation ou 1 accident en tort dans les 10 dernières années. En cas d’absence de sinistre en tort sur les 5 dernières années, l’exigence en matière d’expérience de conduite est ramenée à 5 ans.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
