Incluye Responsabilidad Civil Obligatoria y Complementaria hasta 50.000.000 €, defensa jurídica y reclamación de daños, asistencia en carretera 24 h, ayuda técnica en carretera, remolque, cambio de ruedas, envío de combustible, transporte o repatriación del vehículo y de los ocupantes, rotura de lunas (incluidas lunas de metacrilato), incendio, robo y daños propios del vehículo. Franquicia por daños propios: 600 € por siniestro. No constan franquicias específicas adicionales para robo, incendio o rotura de lunas. Quedan excluidos de las coberturas de daños propios, robo e incendio los objetos personales, enseres, utensilios, electrodomésticos y mobiliario no fijo del interior de la célula habitable de la autocaravana, así como las averías mecánicas y el desgaste por uso normal del vehículo.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
