More than 60 days before pick-up date:
You will be refunded the full amount paid, minus a £100 administration fee.

Between 59 and 50 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 70% of the rental price.
The refunded amount may not be less than the amount paid, minus a £100 administration fee.

Between 49 and 15 days before the pick-up date:
You will be 50% of the rental price will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 20% of the rental price.

On the pick-up date or in case of refusal to collect the vehicle:
You will be refunded 5% of the rental price.
