Free Balcia Assistance services throughout Latvia: advice after traffic accidents, help filling in accident reports, arranging vehicle towing. 2. Integral part of the contract: Balcia Board-approved “Land Motor Vehicle Insurance Terms” No. LV-03/01-03 (available at www.balcia.lv). Payment of premium confirms client has read, understood, and accepted these terms. 3. Coverage includes additional risk “24-hour roadside assistance” under terms No. LV-03/01-03, limit set at 500 EUR. 4. If no higher deductible is specified, starting from the second insurance case, deductible is set at 140 EUR. 5. For the first glass breakage case, deductible is 0% if replacement is done at Balcia’s designated repair shop. 6. Special use: residential motorhome. For the living area bodywork and equipment, deductible applies as per policy, but not less than 710 EUR. 7. Vehicle has no visible damages.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
