In the event of cancellation, the following refund conditions apply:

More than 30 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded the full amount paid.

Between 30 days and 8 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.

Between 7 days and 1 day before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 5% of the amount paid.

On the pick-up date:
No refunds will be made.
