Hey, I'm Heidi!

Swadlincote , United Kingdom – Member since August 2026

Hi. We're Heidi and Robin and we love exploring in the camper with our dog Carys.

Our 'go to' is South Wales but we love the freedom of being able to just pop away for a night down the road too.

Avandra was our first van and she's great for getting about with kit such as bikes and paddle boards. Advanture is smaller and perfect for couples.

We have loved finding out about new campsites from people we've hired to. When you book with us, you can leave your car at the secure van parking.

Great campervan trip. Easy to drive, spacious for 2 people, well equipped and comfortable. Heidi's communication was top notch with clear instructions and very fast responses. Recommended! Only reason for 4* instead of 5 is there appeared to be slow leak somewhere in the fresh water tank emptying into the waste tank. I had to fill up fresh water twice and empty grey water three times which was a bit of a pain. Heidi said she would be on the case to investigate/fix so don't let that problem put you off as I'm sure they'll have resolved it for their next hire. Strongly recommended! September 2026

Response from Heidi Thanks Bruno. So glad you enjoyed your trip & were happy with our communication. What a lovely photo too - thank you. To confirm, we’ve had a test night away and also spoken to our service engineer & it does appear that a tap may not have been fully turned off as water can only move from fresh to grey via a drain. We are keeping an eye on the water situation though in case a tap is sneakily leaking so thanks for letting us know. Hope to see you again soon.

Thank you so much, Heidi! We had a fantastic time with Avandra and really enjoyed the whole experience. The van was great, comfortable and perfect for our trip, and everything was very easy from start to finish. Heidi and Robin were lovely and friendly, very flexible with the pickup and Dropoff, communication was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend them and would be very happy to rent Avandra again in the future! September 2026

Response from Heidi Thanks Eros (and family). It was lovely to meet you all and you've inspired us with your epic Scotland journey. We have now added an additional pan to Advandra so thanks for the feedback too. Glad you found the process smooth and stress free. Hope to see you again soon.
